L'hôtel est bien placé, juste à côté de la mosquée. Cependant, il y a du monde lors de mon passage et le service et accueil n'est pas au top.

The only thing is good location. We stay there 4 days nobody came to clean room. Very small room beds are not comfortable at all.

Hotelnya baguusss... kamar mandi bersih, staff ramah. Dket ke masjid nabawi. Proses cekin cepaat, kebetulan tiba di hotel jam 10malam jdi pas sepi

Great stay at a reasonablu priced hotel. Food variety was not great though. But probably ok for most other patrons as majority are here for religious reasons rather than their tummies.

Extremely unprofessional staff! Booked in October 24 and requested early check in WHICH WAS CONFIRMED! Upon arriving, the room wasn't ready. I asked if I could leave my luggage in a store and was told I can leave it anywhere in the lobby. Went to pray and have lunch, even after returning, not ready. Eventually after hours, got a room with no amenities. One towel, no teas and coffees, empty shower bottles in the bathroom, half used toilet roll! When I asked a housekeeper in the passage for amenities, he refused and said I must phone 1500 for HK!?

Worst hotel ever. Homeless shelters have better service. At least you get a bed, and towels. Asking Odst Al Madina front desk staff why your room has no towels and a broken sink, will have them gaslighting you and trying to charge you for a new room. It's been 16 hours since we arrived. Room service has knocked on my door at 2 am, 4 am and now 830 am. Just to give me water and napkins. Still waiting for towels. Our sheets have not been changed since the previous guest. And the exposed wiring from our fridgerator is a fire hazard waiting to happened. Hotel staff members smoking in the hallway and in your room as they claim to clean as well
