We made a mistake booking this hotel. The room size wasn't even 17m and we booked 25m. As per sweeper almsot all rooms have same size nut its been advertised 25m. Hardly all family can fit in extra small room. Room, bathroom and wardrobe area wasn't cleaned enough. Paint were coming off from walls. Beds and mattress were too old and not comfortable at all. The severe hugenic issue. Door lock broken. Bathroom door wood ripped off. The only things we like the most was location. Haram was at walking distance from hotel. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

No towel provided. No housekeeping done everyday. Reception staff not friendly.

立地は良いがチェックイン時間が決まっているので注意が必要。巡礼者用のホテルなのでベット数が多い部屋が多い。

The first and the last time for me to use this hotel. If you have more budget to choose other hotels, I recommend to do so. People choose this hotel just because it is cheap.

Hôtel miteux , la chambre jamais nettoyé en 4 jours ,personnel désagréable , ceux du ménage pareil, j’ai dut me servir moi même pour prendre des serviette et drap de lit car en passant par l’acceuil ils vous disent ils vont venir faire la chambre et personne ne viens , je me serais essuyer avec la même serviette pendant 4 jours . J’ai trouver de la moisissure entre les 2 lits et 2 fil électrique qui pendaient . De la moisissure dans toute la salle de bain avec une porte cassé . Le ministère du tourisme saoudien devrait les contrôler et leur fermer leur hôtels s’ils rénovent pas et ne mettent pas le service minimum comme les serviettes chaque jours, papiers toilette , savons lit de draps ect…. C’est une honte de faire dormir les gens dans des cage à poules aussi insalubre ! Ça ose appeler ça un hôtel dans un pays aussi riche et moderne ?? C’est un hôtel digne du tiers monde voir du quart monde ! Si je pouvais j’aurais mis 0 étoiles c’est la 1er fois et dernière que je viens dans cet hôtel !

Nothing to complement on this hotel, one of the worst places we have stayed. Rooms are smelly and dirty , staff to reception very arrogant and useless to get things done. Only minor staff are very helpful. Don’t even think of booking this place you will have a terrible nightmare.
