excelente experiencia y excelente servicio del personal que presta el servicio en el hotel recomendado por su sercania al estadio de futbol y a la carrera 70 para caminar, gracias a todas las personas que laboran este lugar, siempre que visitamos la ciudad de medellin nos quedamos en este hotel

If your goal is to fine a very basic, inexpensive hotel, this is a good option. I think we paid $35 US dollars per night. If you want a little more comfort, with more amenities, I would look elsewhere. The people at the front desk were kind, but did not speak any English (that’s not their fault, but it is something to note). The room was very basic. The bed was about as firm (hard) as any I’ve slept in. The room is small. I didn’t have any place to hang my clothes. There is an oversized refrigerator and music system (neither of which I needed). The bathroom is basic. There was air conditioning, but I could’ve seem to get it to the right temperature. Overall, a basic hotel at a decent price.

IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED.

Hotel is what you expect for the price you pay however they had no hot water for my whole stay and kept telling me lies as to why it was happening. Until my last day the staff came clean and told me the truth about having a big issue with plumbing and expecting a tech next Monday. I think i should be compensated for this shortcoming. I get sick if i have to shower with cold water. The staff is a mix of super nice people and some not so nice.
