Hotel Boutique las Rosas 5 G

Un hotel con excelente ubicación y un entorno tranquilo y agradable rodeado de naturaleza, el personal de recepción con una excelente actitud de servicio y amabilidad, con un buen servicio de desayuno y aseo de habitaciones. La relación entre precio y calidad de servicio es la justa y acertada, sin lujos pero con los servicios necesarios para una estadía de trabajo corta y agradable.

Recepcionistas que: o te mienten, o te aon sinceros (dicienzote literalmente "busque otro hotel, aca le van a dar la misma habitacion". Experiencia: habitacion 101. La ducha habia sido usada antes de ingresar, el piso de todo el banio mojado. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. En la habitacion de el frente, un perro haciendo ruido a medianoche. La unica ventana de la habitacion daba a la recepcipn, desde laa 6 y media am, imposible dormir. Ademas, carisimo. Por un 25 a 30% menos, reservas un depto entero, con vista increible en el edificio Borbon, en 1A sur, 31-20. En el rosas boutique, claramente son mentirosos, las instalaciones no estan con buen mantwnimiento y cuando reclamas, te piden que bisquea otro hotel. Si buscas mala atencion, mascotas a medianoche y no poder dormir, elegilos :)... Pesima atencion, pesima calidad-precio..

We booked this hotel using booking. We were planning to be in Medellin only one night and needed to be near El Poblado Park to ride the bus to Guatape. The location seemed to be perfect and the booking process was relatively easy. The confirmation said to pay in cash at the hotel. When we arrived we were happy with the location and reassured that it was going to be the perfect place to spend one day. The receptionist told us our room was ready if we wanted to just leave our stuff in there before going for a walk. That was the height of our stay. It went down and down and down from there. For starters the receptionist charged us the hotel tax even though we are foreigners, had our entrance stamp and our foreign passports and no other hotel in Colombia had charged us this tax. (foreigners are exempted, It's a law). The man called the manager who refused to speak with us and just on the phone insisted we payed. Of course now we have our luggage to put away, a taxi waiting outside and a reservation that says if we cancel now we will be charged. I insisted several times but finally gave up- they said we could use our receipt and claim it at the airport on our way out of Colombia-. Then, he shows us the room: it was not what we booked and is not at the poolside but on the street side. We were with the feeling that they had downgraded us because we requested they not charge the tax. (upward of 20% extra!!) . The guy said if we wanted that one it was more expensive, even though I was showing him the wording on the reservation. We had to leave early to catch the Guatape bus and the place had no breakfast to speak of. Although the night receptionist was a lot nicer and did get some fruit for us to take. Long story: we went to the Tax office at El Dorado with our receipt and our passport and -as expected- the officer said we shouldn't have been charged and they don't deal with this returns. We were supposed to call the hotel and ask for the refund or denounce them to the SUPERINTENDENCIA DE INDUSTRIA Y COMERCIO for the illegal charges. The hotel people never responded my emails or WhatsApp messages. I feel they are going to keep charging foreigners 20% of their bill here and there; people won't know they aren't supposed to be charged taxes and some won't even care. And penny by little penny this hotel will continue to scam millions of pesos. And yes, it is a great location.

Hicimos varias reservaciones en el hotel boutique las rosas 5 G del 10 al 14 de agosto ya teníamos todo listo cuando estos se comunicaron a pocos días de la llegada solicitándonos que canceláramos las reservaciones porque estos no estarían operando durante esos días .Dejándonos sin opciones a 11 personas con niños menores en una fecha tan complicada para conseguir algún otro lugar y a tan poco tiempo para hacerlo sin considerar que viajamos Desde Puerto Rico a colombia.Me parece una falta de respeto y de consideración al turista hacer algo como esto .El día 10 de agosto llegue hasta el hotel y al solicitar los servicio estos se encontraban operando sin problema y nos dijeron q no tenían disponibilidad al momento porque estaban a capacidad.No los recomendaría para nada .
