Very nice hostel, well located, spacious kitchen, friendly and helpful staff. The Wifi isn’t working that well in all the rooms though and I could hear the music from the bar even on the sixth floor. Overall, I was pleasantly satisfied with my stay there.

It's a shame, because our room was nice, but they stole from our room when cleaning, several times. I had 200,000 COP in cash stolen, as well as a green santiago hat, shorts and an apple watch charger. My friend also had cash stolen, as well shorts and a t shirts. God knows what else they took. We advised reception and they believed us and gave us a tiny food voucher. They said they had this issue a few months ago, so got a whole new cleaning staff in. Nothing changed, Complaining gets you nowhere unfortunately. Just avoid it. The stuff was 100% stolen. We lost nothing else over our 3 week trip, until we arrived in this Selina. They also did not have our booking in their system so tried to make us pay again as it was not in their system. My friend was locked out of his emails so I had to contact someone via whatsapp to show the invoice. Again, offered us a free coffee each as a sorry. Avoid.

money stolen from my room in Selina! was extremely disappointed to have money stolen from my wallet (which was inside a pouch - stored inside a back pack that was closed) from my room ! the hotel would not take responsibility of course stating they cannot verify the money was indeed stolen. besides - the beds and mattresses are extremally uncomfortable! rooms that are facing to the road - are to loud with loud noise from the road all night long. many of the rooms do not have AC - and that is not stated and you can't know if you have AC until you actually check in and get your room. big advice - only get a room in a hotel that has a safe in the room!

Awful service! We were placed in a room next to a storage area where furniture was being moved as early as 6 a.m. every day, making it impossible to get any sleep. Santiago, the receptionist, was unhelpful and refused to address the issue. Instead of resolving our concerns, he went as far as threatening guests who stayed at the reception while seeking a solution. Shockingly, Santiago even threatened to have us forcibly removed from the hotel simply for requesting basic service standards. Avoid this property at all costs—absolutely unacceptable!
