Landmark Hotel

The Landmark is situated in the quieter part of El Poblado, away from the rowdy bar and club scene. The area is relatively quiet with a number of good restaurants within 300 metres of the hotel. It’s very safe, you can stroll around after dark with zero concerns, it is also a 10 minute walk from the metro. My initial impression of the Landmark was how well designed the hotel and the rooms are. We had a superior room which was not huge but was extremely comfortable and well fitted. The room was very quiet, a good nights sleep guaranteed. There is a small gym which I used, they are thoughtful enough to supply towels and provide a cool water fountain. Breakfast is not included but the Smash cafe that is located in the hotel was absolutely brilliant for this. Do not try the other cafe in the hotel (cannot remember the name), the staff were hapless and appeared more interested in talking to each other instead of serving customers. The hotel staff were all very professional and engaging. The hotel represented great value for money, our stay was first class.

We fell in love with this hotel. the location is perfect. You don't hear all the loud music from the party area. But if you would like to party it's only a few blocks away. The coffee bar down stairs had delicious drinks. The laundry place next to it was super convenient. We will definitely stay here away. The vibe was very boho-chic.

The staff at Landmark Hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of healthy options. The location was great and walking distance to restaurants, attractions and metro.

We only stayed one night, but wished we’d stay longer. We found this hotel via other people’s reviews. Prior to our stay they were in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and we’re happy to help answer all my questions. We do not speak much Spanish and they were happy to Translate and set up anything we needed. Staff help me find dinner, reservations, answered questions about taxis to Guatape, really just extremely helpful! We stayed at five star resorts in Columbia on this trip that didn’t have this level of service. Hotel room was small but had fresh water and everything we needed, great accommodations for the price! 5 stars to the owner and staff, we will definitely stay again!! Also, the two restaurants inside the hotel are both amazing, definitely worth checking out !

We had a really fantastic stay here from start to finish - no complaints. Friendly welcoming staff with a very easy check in. Rooms spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Good shower. Had a balcony. Safe in the room. Decor is lovely throughout. Free laundry service which really helped us. The rooftop pool is lovely in the evening, not too crowded and lovely views. Free tea and coffee in the reception area. Great location and neighbourhood. Would highly recommend - we had such a lovely stay here!!

Después de mucho buscar un hotel para hospedar a los invitados que venían a nuestra boda desde Europa, decidimos quedarnos con Landmark, y sin duda fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomamos. Desde el primer momento, Celina se encargó de hacernos sentir como en casa, tanto a nosotros, los novios, como a nuestros amigos. Cuidaron cada detalle para asegurarse de que esta fecha fuera inolvidable, incluso sorprendiéndonos con un regalito el día de nuestra boda. La calidad de las habitaciones, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, la vista desde la terraza y los desayunos... Todo fue simplemente perfecto. Nuestros invitados quedaron encantados, y yo me sentí muy orgullosa de mi elección y de que mis amigos pudieran experimentar de primera mano la calidad y calidez que caracteriza a Medellín. Gracias por ser parte de este momento tan especial. ¡Esperamos regresar muy pronto!
