"We wanted to take a pleasant break in the hotel and had paid a MyDays ticket (Christmas gift) for it. Unfortunately we were obliged to postpone the trip 2x (1x for funeral, 1x for business trip). The first move was already dentally sneaked (citation: "normally not possible at all), the second move was rejected. You should send friends or family. No cancellation is offered, so you just put your money in that way. That may be legal, according to any AGB, but in my eyes today, it is an absolute wickedness that I have not yet experienced - especially as we would like to come. I book otherwise through the relevant booking portals, I have actually always a cancellation option until at least 1 day before check-in. What is not possible here is of course elsewhere. How stupid it was from me that it was also natural for me. Unfortunately, no help came from MyDays too - we were referred to the AGB. If it comes to that I have to deal with the AGBs, I know that I don't want to have anything to do with such "hosts". Then better in the future, I prefer without myDays voucher and only at hotels, For cancellations/deferrals, there is always no problem - because there can always be something between them. Re-learned: eyes on when booking!"
