Grand Inna Medan arvostelua

Location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city. The building is quite old, more than 40 years old. They've done some renovation but it is noticeably old. Lobby got no aircon when I arrived. The shower was leaking a bit. But my room was clean and it was big. It got a big window with view to the street. Not bad for the price that I was paying.

The hotel located opposite of train station, walking distance to hotel,very convenient.

Room so outdated and not well maintain. Food not good. But location very strategic, so sad they not utilised it

Most　staffs are boring or chaterring,, In spite of there are visiter or not. as result, room is durty, many long hairs on any places . Finally ,around of side table of bed,, there are many ants,, sacarly..

Swimming pool was dirty

I initially got a room which was connected to another room. I explained my disconfort to the hotel and they changed to a nicer room. Appreciate their understanding and that they work towards attending to customer requests. The hotel is old but functional. The room was big and had lots of space.

據介紹是原政府辦公樓改造成為酒店，服務水平較高，會講英語的一位接待員很熱情帶我進入房間，笑容滿面，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。

歴史のあるヘリテージホテルだが、現在は国内の客が中心の中級ホテル。場所はメダン駅からすぐ。郵便局の向かい側にある。

近くにDeliショッピングセンターもあり利便性高いです。ホテルの前の道が安全に渡れれば最高です。

Nice hotel to stay which very close to Medan City Centre. I love staying here.
