End of summer trip House was very comfortable. Beds were great. Perfect for our needs.T here were games to play which was nice to have. House was very clean. Needs more silverware, had to wash utensils after every meal. We were disappointed with the water level, it was very low. We were not told this. It was too hard for us to get in and out of the water and there is poison ivy where you can enter the water so we were not able to go into the river. Other than that, it's a great place. Train didn't bother us but you can hear the road noise, it wasn't too bad. Would stay here again if the water level is 3-4 foot higher or there's an easier access into the water.

We had a great time at this wonderful property. Super clean accommodations, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful backyard were just a few highlights. The property owners were great with communication as well. We had a family group of seven adults and three kids, and everyone really enjoyed their stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Texas Lineman Rodeo The house was perfect for our family in the way it was laid out. Although we weren't there much on fri and sat due to us being at the rodeo. Sunday morning was great. I'm an early riser anyway and coffee on the deck at sunrise was a great way to unwind after two days of activities. You have a beautiful place.

It was perfect We enjoyed our 2 night-3 day stay very much. We were in town for a family wedding and everything was great. “It’s the little things that count” as the say goes and we liked that some items that we forgot were there. The little kids loved the kids colorful plates, cups and silverware and I liked the big table! We will definitely stay there again!
