A dear friend lost her fiance in a tragic accident 10 months before their wedding. They paid this venue 11k and she promptly reached out after the accident to cancel their reservation and seek some deposit back due to the circumstances. Apparently death isn't in the contract and it is unreasonable to think this business could easily rebook this slot to another couple and refund this family (5 kids) some portion of their deposit. Further investigation into this business found they also did not refund NOR reschedule weddings during the 2020 pandemic, cheating many couples out of thousands of dollars. They have been taken to court 13 times since 2017, with 12 since 2020 mostly about them not refunding people around covid. Before responding only leave review of "personal experiences," this IS a personal experience supporting and advocating for my friend and their five children through this tragic loss of her fiance/their dad and this business's greed. Shame on this business.

This is a small BnB Inn in wine country that is in a beautiful setting at the top of the hill. We went in the winter off season, so it was very quiet. We had a room on the second floor overlooking the valley. The bed was comfortable, the dual-head shower was great and they provide bathrobes. There’s no TV in the room, though, so if you get bored like we did (there’s not much to do in the winter around there except drink), you may want to bring your laptop or iPad to watch a movie on. The hostess was great, and we enjoyed the wine tasting in their tasting room.

To keep a $11,000.00 deposit from someone that their fiance passed away when you have 9 months to rebook that day is not right. Your values as a business are terrible. I hope that anyone the that reads this review rethinks doing business with them.

May your reviews plummet! There are much better vineyards and wedding venues! This venue will not refund a women who physically cannot have her wedding because her fiancé passed away. I don’t care about fairness to other paying customers; as a business, this is downright and morally wrong for you not to help a client in need. I hope you feel great about yourselves for making a grieving women’s life worse during her most difficult moments! There should be a policy that entails refunds when a bride or groom dies. This is something that no one plans for, let alone buy an insurance policy for. The contract is null and void at that point. How pathetic!

Unaccommodating. This establishment did not do their due diligence in treating us like we were welcome at their facility. There are a lot of good reviews about this place, but mind you if you value feeling like you have personal freedom as a bride this place is not the place to go. There are plenty of other wineries in Oregon to choose from.

Beware! Recently a couple paid a huge deposit for their wedding which is almost a year away and tragically one passed away. This winery won’t given them any of their deposit back. Complete lack of compassion. So sad! This is a terrible way to treat people and an absurd way to run a business.

Be weary of how you get treated by them. They are not considerate of life circumstances that are uncontrollable and will take all of your money. So many companies out there have a policy for grievance. This business does not. No compassion. Shame on them.

Flawless.
This was a perfect two-night get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The property was beautiful, secluded and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and set up in a way in which we met and enjoyed the company of another couple. We had a spacious second story room with a double sided fireplace and many windows. We did a wine tasting and felt very spoiled with the attention we received. The staff are friendly and helpful but know how to allow for privacy. The animals around the property were a bonus. We will be back when the weather warms up!
