Disappointed There were three of us in our party. 60’s year old lifelong friends for a weekend to visit and catch up. Check-in was a breeze, kitchen was great, and Wi-Fi access was great. The house was decorated cute. The window blind in one bedroom had several slats broken leaving a gaping hole so that no one wanted to sleep in that room. We opened the back door to go in the back yard, and the door wouldn’t close back so we had chairs propped in front of it all night. Contacted the host via message and wasn’t addressed until the next evening. There was no hot water for showers, only barely lukewarm. The rug under the dining table was dirty like it had not been vacuumed. These were the main issues. We enjoyed historic downtown McKinney.

Beware of the pictures The pictures show a nice, quaint home but it doesn't look exactly like the pictures. The exterior of the property was very unkempt (lots of overgrown foilage). Very few of the doors in the home actually close so if you are looking for privacy in a room, you will need to put an object in front of the door. Rugs and floor were very dirty. My daughter found a large roach crawling across the floor in the evening. We really do not think the home was worth the price. We came into town for a family wedding and my brother stayed at a home a few blocks away that was comparably priced and his home was much nicer and up to date. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable so that was a plus. The trundle beds are really only good for kids as adults would not comfortably fit on them unless the adult is a "small" adult. We showed up and the washing machine had all of the towels sitting in it "wet". No one had put them in the dryer so they were all "stale". I would not stay in this property again.

Stay for Wedding Beautiful & fairly convenient home to downtown & The Rosemary wedding venue. Really liked the fact that there was a fenced in yard so our dogs didn't have to be on leashes. Would recommend!

Quick and sweet! We needed a place where all 2 generations of women, living in 4 different states, could conveniently and comfortably meet up for 48 hrs. Many drove, 3 flew in, and the house, location and weather was excellent! Close to everything! Will definitely want to return!

Cute, Clean, and just what we needed Stayed here during my wedding weekend with my bridal party. It was clean, and had cute cactus decor. It housed all 6 of us comfortably and made us feel right at home. It was close to downtown, where the rehearsal dinner was. It work out great for all of us.
