This 3rd floor penthouse is located right across the street from Big Bouys & Nauti Marina! Hear live music or walk across the street and rent a pontoon and enjoy life on the river! This property featured 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds and Smart TVs, and had a pull out couch to sleep all of your party! Many famous people have frequented the American House including former President Jimmy Carter and the legendary Mark Twain. Please note: This is a train town and we are located in close proximity to the tracks. Train noise should be expected.
