Hello. My wife and I stayed at your location on Friday, January 31st. It was certainly a mixture of good and bad, which is disappointing. I’ve been a Marriott member for years and have had almost always good experiences. Upon arrival, I discovered that the EV charging stations were inoperable. Aeron at the front desk was apologetic, but said they were broken and the new ones on the other side of the building weren’t ready yet. We went to our room and settled in, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Aeron asked a lady to try to plunge it but she was unsuccessful. She was a very sweet lady but she recommended that we switch rooms. Aeron facilitated this. The room was good, but there was some mould in the shower and it dripped onto the steel drain plate periodically all night making a ding sound. The breakfast was good, but not up to the standard that I usually get at a Residence Inn in terms of variety. I booked the stay with points and spent a little more thinking it was worth it to have an EV charging station and to have a better breakfast. Apparently, I should have just booked the cheapest Marriott option.
