Staff was super friendly and very accommodating after a horrific experience at another motel in town. Carol helped to advise on food options and get us into a room after a long day of driving in rough weather. Thank you!!!! The room itself was in good repair and an excellent value.

I have had the occasion to stay here 5 times during the past year because of work commitments in the area. I have found the motel's manager, Carole, to be extremely accommodating, considerate, and helpful. The restaurant in the Say When casino next door is excellent, too. And the location of both the motel and that casino/restaurant are absolutely ideal--just off of US95, about midway between Boise and Winnemucca, and near two convenience stores, a Subway restaurant, and a couple gas stations. The area has a real "Route 66" feel to it. Highly recommend.

Openly violates Americans with Disabilities Act by charging $15 for a Service Animal. Their excuse for breaking the law is that they have to clean because "dogs shed." Apparently they only clean and vacuum rooms after dogs stay.
