Location is very good. Rooms are good, food served good. Toilet/bathroom not maintained, comod seat broken. Drinking water not supplied, bed sheet not changed, tv not working. Could be good but in respect but due to negligence of authority it's worse.

The rooms were very small and untidy. No room cleaning done during the stay. Room service is also not there. Bathroom tools are also broken. I stayed in a non-ac room but it did not have geyser too.

Overall every experience has been good, however the room was so small. The foods are good and hospitality impressive.

Poor hospitality by manager in reception. Lock of toilet in 4 bed room is broken, no effort to repair by manager. There us no private pool as described in the hotel amenities.

Very untidy, specially bathroom, in every corner there are so many spider web & in backside of bathroom door. One of our room found leakage water from bathroom. They have not proper utensils to serve hot water or tea in the room. Management is very much unjustified to hear boarders complaints.

The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very small and not good. They serve foods which are not tasty but prices are high. The hotel staff are not good at communication. We had to face trouble due to that. No normal water supply is there. Only mineral water which we have to buy.
