Amak Iquitos Ecolodge - All Inclusive

El Staff muy amable! La comida muy buena, las cabañas bonitas y limpias, las excursiones y la experiencia estuvo de lujo! Gran lugar y recomendable, solo en temporada de lluvias es un poco complicado llegar por la noche pero es parte de lo que incrementa experiencia.

I spent two nights at amak iquitos. The trip is amazing. Especially the service and the people over there. They are so friendly to us. Although we only live here for 2 nights. I can’t forget about the chef Gerty and our guide Carlos. They are all really really nice people to be chat with. Although Gerty doesn’t know any English but he tried his best to chat with us. I miss him so much, what a funny guy. If I will time I will revisit to see him! His foods are so so good. One advice is to write a menu in English so other people know what the food is. Carlos is so experienced and has two cute kids. He is very knowledgeable and bring us to different activities. I wish he and his sons good luck! The only disadvantage of this place is lack of internet and not so good for live. Because there is no electricity for most of the time. Water is not so clean. But if you are a adventurer you can come with these problems. Otherwise this is an absolutely amazing tour in Amak!

We had an amazing 3 nights at amak. Carlos was our English speaking tour guide and was one of the best we had in all of Peru. His local knowledge is priceless, and he's such a happy guy. The food is also outstanding at amak. Gerty's passion for cooking and knowledge of local home grown ingredients really show through in the food. Victor is always on hand and is just a great guy to speak to. All of the staff came across really well, from our first meeting with Guido, who made our transfers seamless, to our final drop off at plaza de armas. The accommodation was far superior to any other jungle trip we've done, with secluded cabins, and we enjoyed watching the storms at night from our bed! The large communal area with comfy lounge chairs was nice with views across the garden. We enjoyed our daily activities, we were there in wet season, and subsequently saw less wildlife than previous trips in the dry season, that said, we did get a glimpse of the dolphins, and still saw some snakes, turrantulas, frogs, and birds. Top 4 days.

Todo el paquete que ofrecen es inolvidable. Estamos muy agradecidos por el servicio brindado por parte de Guido, Ramón, Mamerto, Víctor y Jhon, ellos te hacen sentir como en casa. Y después de probar las delicias preparadas por el Chef Gerti quien deja muy en alto la comida selvática, no tienen nada que envidiar a las otra regiones del Perú. Súper recomendado para vivir nuevas aventuras

Excelente infraestructura y servicio. Preciosas cabanas y entorno. Todo muy bien planificado para hacer de tu viaje una experiencia inolvidable. Una maravilla escuchar el sonido de la naturaleza desde la cabana. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
