Muy mala calidad de las habitaciones.
El aire acondicionado, pesimo no enfrían, falta de fluido eléctrico noche y días.
La comida con muy mala calidad.

No se nos permitió la entrada ,aunque habíamos llamado para co firmar la pasadia,llegamos a las 6 am y a las 9:40 am fue q nos dijeron q por una orientación q recibieron a las 9 am.no podíamos entrar,recomiendo 100% a la Funca EL PELU,muy cerca de ahí, con un perdonsl alegre y trabajador q nos atendió muy bien e hizo nuestro día especial

Fuimos a A los lagos en el mes de junio a pasar un fin de semana en familia y fueron días inolvidables la animación es muy buena la comida en el restaurante italiano muy buena la atención de sus empleados es excelente y el flamingo Paco es todo un show excelente todo

Un lugar precioso , rodeado de pura naturaleza, el paseo por el lago en bicicleta acuática estuvo maravilloso , las vistas increíbles. Buena comida y bebida. Las habitaciones en buenas condiciones. El único detalle fue que no habían muchas ofertas a partir de las 12am. Supuestamente el servicio debe ser 24h pero solo había café en la madrugada. Por lo demás muy complacida.

Hotel y lugar maravilloso que me trae recuerdos de mi infancia. Estuve hace un año y fue excelente. Mejorar con la diversidad de comida del Bufet y la animación. Por lo demás altamente recomendable.

El lugar hermoso ciertamente un paraíso,solo necesitaba más atención por parte del personal al detalle de los equipos en las habitaciones,comida especial y sin dudas una magnífica piscina. Darle más prioridad a el confort.

Nos hospedamos del 18 al 26 de abril,un lugar lleno de encanto,bellisimo,rodeados de naturaleza y animalitos,camas muy cómodas,la comida muy buena ,ese jugo de guayaba en las mañanas era increíble. El servicio en general,recepción,habitación ,restaurante ha sido de 10,amabilidad cercanía y cariño nos han dejado con ganas de volver..admiramos el gran trabajo y esfuerzo que hacen para mantener esa línea.. un abrazo a todo el personal de los lagos..desde España Andrés y Enola (habitación 68 y pelo de color lila).y como no para Paco el controlador general 🦩💜
