Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort

Direkt an der Uferpromenade. Es gab ein Upgrade aufs Zimmer Tolle Pflanzen und Anlage Frühstücksbuffet Klasse, aber Cafe nicht genießbar. Liegen am Pool zu eng gestuhlt....fast Platzangst bekommen. Sonst aber alle sehr freundlich

Don't waste your money booking Half board plus as you do not get any worthwhile extras for it. Breakfast is good but evening meals awful & the two restaurants you can go into on your deal have food often recycled from the buffet. Staff are really lovely so its not their fault.

We stayed at the hotel for week in January. First impressions were good - helpful reception, spacious clean room and a lovely view across the spa and hotel gardens. There were a number of good points about the hotel: - general cleanliness - staff helpfulness and friendliness - easy access to the beach and promenade - pool was heated - free pool towels - good choice of food - the Mexican night in particular was very good - good linen in the restaurant, tea pots for tea at breakfast, freshly made coffee not just machines The things that tipped this review to average from very good were: - the choice of food was good, but the hot food wasn't very often hot - especially the food kept under the heat lights. - the sun beds were in a poor state, some broken, many neck cushions broken, they were very uncomfortable and difficult to get up from - this isn't an adults only hotel, so we expected there to be children. The hotel needs to monitor parental supervision more closely - we witnessed 2 children climbing over the balcony onto the spa roof and staring into the spa dome (this was reported), and small children were running in the restaurant - an accident waiting to happen - when we received our bill the hotel had added a euro per day as a charitable donation - we had not been pre warned of this. They did remove it when asked, but we were unhappy to have not been informed of this on arrival. Overall our holiday was fine, but to be a true 5 star the Sheraton needs to up its game.

My husband and I spent one week here last week. Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and good food. We had only one disappointing Experience.: The food in the WOK restaurant Was not good. My husband Are not eating Gluten. The waiter did not understand. But the evening were nice because of a wonderful and nice couple from Aberdeen: Malcolm and his wife ( sorry I forgot her name). We had fun!! We were sorry, that we didnt see them again untill the Day they travelled home. But we enjoyed the week at the hotel. Good and fresh breakfast and the staff really do a great job.

We had a fabulous relaxing week here. What made it great was the wonderful people we encountered throughout the hotel. The front desk, housekeeping, spa an restaurant associates were all so kind and welcoming. Carlos the concierge as wonderful and patiently helped us set up a few excursions

We enjoyed absoluty our holidays and sports activities with Olga. It was really good and the hotel look fantastic and very nice hotel. We will come back definitky. Very friendly staff and the food is very good, good selection. Rooms so big and comfortable with a beautiful views. The place and the beach is very cool. Pool area is very clean
