We are a family of 5 and we recently spent a few nights at the magical Le Jadis Beach Resort in Mauritius. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very luxurious rooms with a heated swimming pool on each patio which was relaxing and therapeutic. The beds were soft and comfortable and we had the most restful sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed grabbing a bike and exploring the area. We have special dietary requirements and Chef Kurtis prepared us scrumptious meals. We cleaned our plates being served gourmet food and indian cuisine. It was absolutely delicious and outstanding!The fine dining at the resort is top quality and there are various restaurants to choose from. Their patisserie chef created the most mouth watering chocolate desert and we enjoyed sitting at the bar sipping cocktails as the sun set. My kids enjoyed the glass bottom boat and we visited the spa for a massage which was relaxing and rejuvenating. Les Jadis is a beautiful beach resort setting and a serene paradise. We recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Le Jadis, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, each more delicious than the last. The attention to detail and quality of every plate truly stood out. A huge thank you to the chef and his talented team for their outstanding work in creating such a flavorful and well-curated menu. The service was impeccable, with the waiters being attentive, polite, and professional throughout the evening. A special mention goes to Mr. Nasser Jamal, who organized the event perfectly to meet all our requirements. His dedication and professionalism ensured that everything ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for better. From the ambiance to the food and service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. I came to celebrate Christmas eve Gala dinner. The buffet was fantastic and very tasty with a variety of choices. Big Thanks to the Chef and his team for cooking us this wonderful dinner. The staff were very professional and helpful. We have met with Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Jamal Nasser who organized the event impeccably! He very helpful I would like to thank for the hospitality service provided by the Restaurant team. The service was excellent, staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you to all le jadis team for your hospitality. Looking forward to visit le Jadis again next year!

I had a family dinner at Le Jadis. It is not an overstatement to say it was well worth it! The waiters were friendly and helpful, always there to assist us with whatever we needed. Not to mention the variety of food we had! It was delicious!Big thanks to the chef and the chef's team for letting us experience and enjoy good food! Special thanks to Mr Nasser Jamal, the Food & Beverages Manager who organized everything. He came to see us multiple times during our dinner to see if we needed anything and if the food and the setup was to our liking. I would definitely go to Le Jadis again! The hospitality and service for me is unmatched. Would definitely recommend!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel toujours aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, avec une vue magnifique. Les installations, notamment la piscine et le restaurant, sont impeccables et la cuisine est délicieuse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un moment de détente inoubliable à l’île Maurice.

This is a stunning property, exactly what I needed to recuperate during an illness. The staff are exceptional, responsive and professional they made special arrangements to support me. It was important to me to be able to participate in the group wellness sessions that this resort offers and although the usual schedule was amended during Xmas, Zahra, Guest Service Supervisor par excellence, extended herself to bring in a replacement yoga instructor, Dr R Kishore, for me and other guests at short notice. He is a superb instructor and has given me some good strategies to manage my condition on an ongoing basis. I am very grateful to the whole team and hope they get some recognition for their job very well done. Thank you very much to the whole team at Le Jadis, I hope to return in better health one day soon.

We attended the Christmas Eve dinner at Le Jadis and it was an awesome experience with great sitting arrangements, lighting and atmosphere. The environment was appropriate for adults and kids. There was also a wide variety of food selections. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We had a great time.

We joined the Christmas eve Gala dinner. The buffet was amazing, such a lot to choose from, you didn’t know where to beginn. The food was very good, compliments to the chef!! The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. I really appriciated that Mr. Jamal Nasser, F+B Manager, who I have been in contact via Mail, came to say hello and ask how we are doing. We have not seen anything from the hotel. But I am looking forward to our stay over New Years Eve.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. Arrival & Booking Issue: Upon arrival, we had booked a full-board stay, but the system showed half-board instead. I informed the staff, and they assured me it would be corrected. However, the next day at lunch, the issue persisted. The waiters told us the system still showed half-board, and we had to wait for them to confirm before placing our order. It was an awkward and unnecessary experience that left us feeling uncomfortable. Accessibility: It was acceptable, but not exceptional. Room: I booked the luxury pool suite, and the room itself was fantastic – exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Food: The dining experience ranged from average to good. While the quality of ingredients was evident, some dishes lacked flavor and left me wanting more. Service: Being a small hotel, I expected outstanding service, but the staff seemed tired and disengaged. They were doing their job but lacked the warmth and hospitality that elevate a stay. Floating Breakfast Incident: I decided to splurge and order the floating breakfast. Everything seemed fine until the day of delivery. We waited 30 minutes past the agreed time and eventually called the reception, only to find out they had no record of our order. We were told to wait another 45 minutes, which was disappointing and tarnished the experience. Overall, while the hotel has potential with its facilities, the service and attention to detail need significant improvement.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the beach. The service was excellent! We stayed 6 nights at Le Jadis Hotel and would definitely come back. We stayed in the luxury pool suite. The food was great and the cocktails were so delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
