很難忘的回憶 房間設施都很不錯 推開房門就是大海 非常有度假的感覺 服務也都很不錯 除了自助餐廳人多的時候會稍微有點怠慢 其餘感受都很好 很熱情 尤其是日本餐廳 食物很美味

連住兩天備品都沒怎麼換，甚至把一包開過的化粧棉繼續放在第二天的備品裏…預訂的酒店接送非常坑，訂大車來接的是小車，司機開車還特別危險勸阻後還一路狂飆。酒店風景還行，毛里求斯普通水平，餐廳口味一般，整體性價比很低。

Best hotel in Mauritius by far! Could not thank the team enough for all their support, charisma and service. Shout out the the best concierge team (Baasil, Roshan, Andreas, Prunella) and diving instructor (Matthieu)!

This is a truly beautiful location and a lovely hotel but sadly lots of little things annoyed me. A few little negatives- There were no teaspoons or bottle openers in the room. Teabags and soft drinks from our fridge were never replenished, so we had to order room service, waiting 20 minutes or so each time. I did highlight this and was instantly handed 10 teabags by our hostess. We had tea with breakfast and it was served in tiny cafetières which made the tea taste of coffee. Alternatively the tea was served in a very large teapot suitable for about 4 people, just for me! No teaspoons were provided with our tea and we were constant asking for them. In our room the tea cups were the size of expresso cups, one sip and the tea was gone. A very limited selection of programmes and films in the room. Staff were absolutely lovely and the food was outstanding but I struggle with the idea of paying for drinking water with meals and soft drinks and snacks from the bar in our room. The restaurant was very good! The chef Nitilesh catered for my child's food intolerances every day. A special thank you to Nitilesh and Michael, the restaurant manager. Yogesh, Vinod, Kumar, Akash and Kumar at La Pointe were outstanding! Our cocktails at the bar there were incredible and always served with a smile. Kiran our hostess was lovely and incredibly supportive as we had a few minor personal issues during our stay. This is a beautiful location and the people were absolutely faultless and kind. One and Only, I think you need rethink a few things like charging for drinking water, in room snacks and some of the better sunbeds, when people have already paid a lot of money to stay with you. It smacks of greed. We stayed at the beginning of July and there was little or no entertainment so everyone went to their rooms after dinner. Saying all of that, our room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the lagoon. Bathrobes, slippers and flip flops were provided. The hotel is beautiful and maintained to the highest standards. There is a nurse onsite who helped when my child had an allergic reaction to something. The feather pillows were so soft there was little support and left me with a stiff neck. Unfortunately the weather was not great so we couldn't use a lot of the water sports. The sports facilities and the kid's club facilities were absolutely fantastic. The gym is open 24 hours a day. The tennis and paddle courts were excellent.

Armoogum is very kind and always makes the best drinks and he was very kind when we did the cocktail making he is the best he is very funny and and a nice person to talk to is the best best bartender I have ever met he’s virgin mogitios are the best and very delicious

We spent 4 nights at One&Only after enjoying 3 fantastic days at Heritage Le Telfair — and the contrast couldn’t be more disappointing. Unfortunately, our stay at One&Only was filled with one letdown after another. For a resort that claims to be ultra-luxury, the experience fell far below expectations. Here are just a few of the issues we encountered: • No water activities: All boat and sea excursions were canceled due to mildly windy weather. We had to leave the resort to find alternatives elsewhere. • Pools not heated: Despite the chilly weather, none of the resort’s pools were heated, except one that we were not allowed to use. That’s unacceptable for a property charging over €1,000 per night. • Spa experience: We tried booking massages on day one and were told fully booked until day three. When our appointment finally arrived, it was canceled last-minute, and we were offered pedicures instead — no apology, no alternatives. • Kids club: The kids’ club was mostly empty and unengaging. My sons (8 and 10) and I were asked to leave a room with a pool table and board games because it was for “13+ only.” Later, we were turned away from the padel court because my wife was wearing jeans — a surprising rule for a supposed luxury resort. • Power outages: Electricity went out 4–5 times a day for short periods. It’s 2025, and we were shocked this was even an issue at a 5-star hotel. We expected warmth, service, and professionalism — we got cold water, cold attitudes, and cold shoulders. This was not just disappointing — it was disheartening. One&Only was, sadly, a one-time experience for us. I truly hope the resort takes guest feedback seriously, as the brand image does not match the reality.
