Riu Turquoise - All Inclusive arvostelua

這裏三餐全包，隨時可以吃喝，我覺得帶孩子太方便了，風箏沖浪一定要住這裏……. 房間雖然不是特別有設計感，但是乾淨整潔的……我們家庭套房空間也可以，商店還有卸粧巾賣，解決了我的大需要…. 性價比真的很高！！

It was awesome staying there but there was a hiccup at one point, we booked the place to have access to the sauna and jacuzzi and it was closed during our stay without notification, so instead we decided to have a warm bath but the water from the bath was yellowish.. that said.. they changed us rooms, also gave us a bottle of champagne and a free 50mins massage session.. in all though, it was a nice place, the food was awesome and lovely atmosphere!

Very nice and quality standard place. Customer Service perfect Food Perfect Swimming pool perfect However we spent only 1 day and was not able to do the sea activities due to the wind. Also too much to walk from the kids pool to the hotel main pool. No sega show on that day however

We loved our stay. There was lots of food varieties. Staff was very friendly. However despite asking the housekeeping to clean our room several times, they did not come. But overall it was good

W sieci hotelu Riu jestem drugi raz ( pierwszy raz w Meksyku) bardzo dobry rządku hotel, idealne miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie wszędzie blisko, transfer na lotnisko i z lotniska w cenie ,obsługa na najwyższym poziomie co chwilę pytają się czy wszystko w porządku są bardzo uśmiechnięci i pomocni, pokoje duże, jedzenie urozmaicone, jak na tak duży hotel każdy znajdzie miejsce w ciszy na terenie, bardzo dużo leżaków więc nie trzeba rezerwować, plaża duża i z łagodnym zejściem do Oceanu, duży wybór drinków, wypożyczalnia na terenie hotelu kajaków, rowerków wodnych w ramach ceny my skorzystaliśmy z rowerków, animacje super później mała dyskoteka, jedynie malutki minus Panie które sprzyjają mogłyby trochę się przykładać i np umyć podłogę i posprzątać taras. Jestem zadowolona z pobytu i na pewno jeśli będę miała w innych krajach skorzystać z tej sieci to to zrobię

We stayed 4 days at this hotel. We chose this hotel because it’s kids friendly and we were not disappointed. We arrived a little bit early. We were greeted by a not so professional check in staff (Francesca) who had a demeaning attitude. Her colleagues had to apologize on her behalf. On the other had, Prisca from the restaurant was outstanding. She was very polite, chatty and made us feel welcomed. I think the entertainment needs to be further improved. They really tried their best and hats off to them. Food wise nothing to add. It was ok. A bit disappointed about the steak house. We came 30 mins after it opened and we were told they already had their quota for the night. I think this needs to be looked at. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Not sure if we would come back though.

all good, except for the transfer, because the hotel reception deceived me and did not provide a certificate for the transfer

Je recommande fortement, on a passé des superbes vacances !! L’hôtel est magnifique, le paysage aussi. Les barmans, les animateurs et la réception était aux petits soins. Un grand Merci à Brandon du bar , Kimberley, Jain , Éric l’animateur ainsi que tout les autres pour leur professionnalisme et humanité en même temps. On y reviendra c’est sûr . Seul bémol , côté cuisine buffet pas assez varié c’est toujours la même chose. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était Top allez y les yeux fermés 🥰☺️

It was a week long holiday with my family. The staff was kind and educated, the food was great, the drinks were great too and the location was spectacular. I had a lot of fun during my kite surfing sessions with ION Club.

Spectacular beach paradise run with the precision of a Swiss watch by Giorgio, Johan, Daniel and Melonie. Property is brand new, every kind of food you can imagine, truly all inclusive including alcohol and service always with a smile.

The hotel is very nice. Front line. We have been excited. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The stuff is polite and very friendly. All the complex is surrounded of palm trees. The sand is natural and clean. We will be back for sure. Congratulation to all hotel staff......

The facilities are 5 star, the decor, the lounge areas and the pools were all very good. We were all inclusive, the drinks were good quality and varied with a 24 hour bar. Room was clean and beds comfortable, if you wished they would clean it every day. Entertainment every night in a lively setting with always space to sit. Food was a bit hit and miss for us. We found the main buffet good for breakfast but not to our liking for lunch and dinner. Having said that the steakhouse and Indian restaurant make up for this as the food there is delicious. The only downside is its first come first served which means you have to queue an hour before it opens, which to be honest is not really that bad but a bit of an inconvenience. Overall really enjoyed our stay, staff and facilities are amazing.
