Riu Turquoise - All Inclusive

這裏三餐全包，隨時可以吃喝，我覺得帶孩子太方便了，風箏沖浪一定要住這裏……. 房間雖然不是特別有設計感，但是乾淨整潔的……我們家庭套房空間也可以，商店還有卸粧巾賣，解決了我的大需要…. 性價比真的很高！！

We have been here a week but have another week to go but feel that I’m ready & wanting to go home now. This was meant to be a very special holiday as it’s my last holiday due to a terminal health issue. Sadly elements of this holiday are very disappointing which was a reason for booking this particular hotel. The entertainment is very below average. The team show “Africa Heartbeat” was somewhat embarrassing , White Night - pointless however, the other nights ok but the DJ plays the same music EVERY night. There are lots of demographics… why ever don’t you theme each night. Also , we’ve discovered the entertainment program is repeated the following week, surely a two week program could be arranged. It’s so very boring and everyone we spoke to said the same! I’ve been a Cruise Director and entertainer all my life and know how easy it can be to even put a good variety of even a basic program, but it seems that they either haven’t got an entertainment manager who is restricted or maybe needs guidance. I could turn the entertainment around with the click of a finger with minimal effort. I have to say that every member of staff are very lovely and always have a smile on their faces. The food in the general restaurant is always served barely lukewarm but with lots of choice, just not to my taste, but that’s personal. The bar service is always good and both speciality restaurants are good. The hotel is clean and in a beautiful setting. The room chamber maids are very good and even put fresh flowers on the bed. I feel that the children running all over the furniture in reception should be managed by staff when people are trying to have a relaxing drink prior to dinner.

Un petit bémol, le buffet est un peu répétitif. Mais le plus c'est que le personnel à l'accueil est très gentil et réactif lorsqu'il y a un petit souci. Les serveurs au restaurant sont adorables tout comme l'équipe de nettoyage des chambres et particulièrement Vikash que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse. Bref à Maurice les autochtones sont profondément gentils et nous avons passé de belles vacances !
