房間很大，但是衞生一般，客房服務更是一般，訂的雙床房結果給了一張大床房和一個臨時小童床。攜程也是非常差，協調4天都沒協調好。該酒店所屬海域也是很差的一帶，海水渾濁，海灘也不乾淨！！關鍵在該酒店過聖誕節還被強制消費315刀！！

Wow where to begin. Our stay at the Azuri was nothing short of spectacular. What makes the resort really special are the people. There are too many names to mention, but I will give it my best shot. The restaurant team were wonderful and special shout outs to Ramesh, Joshua, Suraj, Heert and the many more smiling faces that make this resort so special. Equally the food was of an excellent quality and the chefs were always happy to prepare made to order requests. The front of house team were equally attentive, professional and caring and made the whole holiday soo special. Adesh, Satish and the wonderful front of house team were always on hand to deal with any requests with a smile. Roy from the entertainments team was also so fantastic as were the great team members at the boathouse and activities team. Vinay was undoubtedly the star of the show. His attention to detail and willingness to impart his knowledge and help in arranging some memorable excursions all made for a magical and memorable holiday. The grounds are immaculate as are the rooms and the the Housekeeping team work so hard all day long to keep it so. The wildlife you see on the grounds is truly spellbinding and all contributed to the amazing time my family experienced. As travellers we always try to only visit locations once, but Mauritius and speciaifically the Azuri hotel and the team captured our hearts and we will definately be going back again within the next couple of years. Thankyou again for a truly magical experience.

The hotel was amazing and all the staff were very Friendly. The manager Vinay was great and helped organise a lot of trips for us! The food was amazing and had a wide variety of different foods for all. The activities through the hotels were good fun and the staff that take you are all very nice. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and would go back. This is also a great base for exploring the island.

A piece of paradise, intimate. I needed to recharge my batteries and I did. The blackrock team as a whole is truly amazing and exceptionally . Excellent Stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Went on the hotel organised forest walk and also the cave walk which were both fantastic and our guide was great and answered all our questions. Both Josh and Dev looked after us during our meals and share tips on places to visit on our day trips as well. Vinay is in overall charge of the hotel experience and ensured that you had everything that you needed and was happy to assist organising additional trips so that you can get the most out of your time on the island. If you are exploring the island the hotel will provide you food and water as part of a packed lunch if you ask them the night before. Remember your water shoes as the water can have coral / stones that are sharp.

We had an absolutely first class experience here. The hotel, extensive gardens and beach were immaculate and our rooms were beautiful. Vinnay , the Manager, was a great guy, nothing was too much bother and he and his staff couldn't do enough to make our trip more pleasurable. We took part in some of the activities which were offered by the hotel and these were well organised and informed. Can highly recommend!

A beautiful experience for me and my husband, as first time ever in Mauritius it was an unreal experience. We were so lucky to be able to stay at this beautiful hotel, it was clean full of happiness and the people there were all full of smiles. We arrived midnight but we were looked after by our butler Krishna who was very helpfuly from the day we arrived, he made our experience amaizng, the next day our housekeeper Kativa she was blessing under disguise. She was so kind and lovely to us and looked after us with keeping our room clean and tidy. An amazing person to be around. Then of course we met Vinay who has been a major support to us in booking tours around the island. He will talk in very much details and show you what you will be experiencing and I couldn’t complain, everything he sold to us was made into reality amaizng tours and amaizng person to have met in the resort. Big shout out to helping stay longer until our flight ☺️☺️ Overall, the hotel had an amazing beach each to acess, massive pool, gym, spa, mini shop loads of restaurants. Food was amazing, drinks were cold and refreshing!! We loved every second of being here and gutted to be leaving but we are leaving with a great experience and big smiles on our faces!!! Thank you to hotel who looked after us and making our honeymoon amazing!! Love from Mr and Mrs Hassan

Hôtel familial idéal pour le repos. Cadre idéal personnel accueillant mention spéciale pour josh toujours le petit pour plaisanter. La piscine est belle et bien chauffée. Le petit moin est le buffet du comptoir le soir beaucoup moin diversifier ayant fait d'autres hôtel de Maurice celui était très court. Mais il y a les autres restaurants si besoin. On reviendra cette fois ci en été...

We had a truly wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Azuri. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of luxury and a relaxed island vibe. Our room was spacious, modern and spotless. The food was good, fresh and flavorful. The selection of food was a bit limited compared to what I was expecting, but I appreciate the effort put into it. The heated pools and private pool in the villa were highlights — clean, serene, and ideal for both relaxation and family fun. The kids’ facilities and activities were a huge plus, making it a perfect destination for families like ours. We could enjoy sauna and hammam while the kids enjoyed in the kids club. Waking up early to see the sunrise from the resort was an unforgettable experience. The colors in the sky were incredible, and the peaceful atmosphere made it even more magical. What stood out most was the service: attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Grateful for the late check out. Radisson Blu Azuri didn’t just give us a stay — it gave us beautiful memories. We’ll definitely be back! 🌴💙

Schönes modernes Hotel an der Ostküste Mauritius. Der Service ist spitze, unser Page Krishna erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch und war extrem freundlich. Generell ist das Hotelpersonal sehr gastfreundlich und geben sich sehr große Mühe. Das Essen ist spezialisiert auf die indische Küche aber auch international hat man die Auswahl an einigen Speisen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die kostenlosen hoteleigenen Aktivitäten wie Schnorcheln, Kanu, Tretboot usw.. Leider ist es an der Ostküste immer etwas windig, damit sollte man rechnen, das wussten wir nicht. Aber der große Außenpool ist dafüe beheizt es lässt sich doet gut aushalten. In unserer Suite war der kleine Privatpool nicht beheizt, allerdings war die Wassertemperatur dennoch angenehm. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. :)

We had the most wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort in Mauritius, and what truly made it special was the people. The staff were so kind and attentive, and I have to give a heartfelt mention to Vinay, who was always there whenever we needed help. Whether it was arranging restaurant bookings or just offering a friendly hand with little things, nothing was ever too much trouble. He genuinely went above and beyond to make our holiday feel effortless. Our junior suite with its own private pool was just perfect – spacious, beautifully comfortable, and having the pool all to ourselves was such a luxury. It was the loveliest way to unwind in complete peace and quiet. Special mention for the lovely lady who kept our room immaculate The food was another highlight. Every day there was so much choice, and the Indian-themed evening in particular was simply delicious, full of incredible flavours. We also loved the à la carte restaurants, The Nine and Black Rock Grill. Vinay made organising our bookings so easy, and both meals were exceptional. Evenings at the resort were always a joy, with wonderful singers creating such a warm, relaxed atmosphere. I also really appreciated the gym – well-equipped and a great way to balance out all the holiday indulgence! All in all, the combination of genuinely caring staff, fantastic food, lovely entertainment, excellent facilities, and our beautiful room made this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the resort, and I honestly can’t wait to go back.
