房間很大，但是衞生一般，客房服務更是一般，訂的雙床房結果給了一張大床房和一個臨時小童床。攜程也是非常差，協調4天都沒協調好。該酒店所屬海域也是很差的一帶，海水渾濁，海灘也不乾淨！！關鍵在該酒店過聖誕節還被強制消費315刀！！

Had an amazing experience at Radisson Azuri! The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thanks to Mr. Vinay, who personally connected with every guest and made our stay exceptionally pleasant. Also, a big shoutout to Mr. Harish from the restaurant for his attentive service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed in December 4 nights with family prior to a 17 night cruise. Stayed in a couple of beach villas with private pools. Accomodation really modern and spacious and cleaned daily. Facilities and services fairly compact. Made excellent use of the fitness and wellbeing services. Including the complimentary walks and biking trips, to the local visitor attractions and sister hotel at Lavette . Tried Pilates on the beach.We also made use of the complimentary water sports including kayaks. Boat trip to the island opposite. All of the activities were superb and well organised and delivered. We also tried the a la carte restaurants these were superb including a wonderful meal on the beach. We also attended the Star gazing event the gentleman delivering this was incredibly knowledgable and it was an amazing experience. The golf facilities are also exceptional. Cuisine and drink variety within the hotel was mixed. Mr Vinay Hotel manager was superb when my family encountered a situation on our last night and was incredibly supportive.

A Birthday to Remember at The Nine Bistro Pub! 5 stars I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at The Nine Bistro Pub, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious; every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The venue itself is stunning, with a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that made the celebration feel extra special. A huge thank you to Mr. Lobin Rakeshsingh and his incredible team for the outstanding preparation and setup. You went above and beyond to make my birthday truly memorable, and I’m so grateful for all the effort and thoughtfulness that went into the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for amazing food, excellent service, and an unforgettable atmosphere!

Lovely hotel. The service is the best we have had, any where in the world. The bar staff, restaurant staff and reception are all fabulous. They all made our stay very special, we had laughs and fun with them and great personal service - we will always remember this. We really enjoyed the food at 'Black Rock' it was beautiful to have a lovely lunch or dinner overlooking the beach and sea. The buffet was also really good. The watersports guys were really informative and friendly, we really enjoyed the kayaking with Joe it was a good adventure. We had a problem with the Air Con the whole time, but they did try to put it right and brought us a fan. A lovely touch, when you are leaving for the airport ask for some sandwiches, we did and they most welcome. All in all. A fabulous stay.

The Radisson Blu Azuri Resort fell very well short of expectations. Despite being all-inclusive, the food in the main dining area was well below & subpar it's an absolute disaster and someone will get sick sooner than later . It really is awful, the cocktails from the bar are a disgrace, nothing looks like the photos on the web page. I never saw or ordered one drink that even remotely looked like the photos. The coffee machine area was so bad 5 spoons shared between all the coffee consumers, it stank of a sour milk smell and dirty walls to boot, it's so bad. It has a low-cost cafeteria feel rather than a 4-star hotel. The bar was poorly stocked, with unwashed plastic beer and cocktail cups, so tacky so budget. The constant loud music on the verandah pool area , whether from the speakers all day or the live band or DJ at night was overwhelming. The wait staff seemed drained, struggling to provide good service almost like the life was being ****** out of them . The room was spacious and mostly clean, but the promised ocean view was a false beach overlooking the noisy pool bar area. The other restaurants were average at best definitely with better staff but overpriced food for what you get. Overall, the resort felt like a chaotic cheap music venue rather than a relaxing 4 star island getaway. This experience has tarnished the Radisson name, despite some staff members' efforts to get the job done properly one being reception and the odd waiter here and there. The pool near the gym was the only highlight. The spa is a rip off. Thompsons Holidays an absolute joke. Photos online look nothing like the place. Food is disgusting. It's a very poor substitute for an island getaway. I am not impressed in fact I, my wife and my daughter packed our bags and left 4 days early. Figure that leaving 4 days early into an all inc and I mean all inclusive holiday. It was that bad. Never again!!!!

A beautiful place to stay, tropical paradise. Our suite was stunning, our own pool was perfect for dipping in and out off on hot days. The staff here are amazing they cannot do enough for you. One very special lady I have to mention is our housekeeper Kavita, she couldn’t do enough for us. She kept our suite immaculate, a wonderful kind lady. She would leave us fresh flowers on the bed each day along with Swans and animals crafted from towels. Special touches that made our room so beautiful. All in all I cannot recommend this location highly enough

Just returned from 12 nights at the Radisson Blu Azuri and it exceeded our expectations. Firstly the service from every single member of staff is exceptional. The hotel grounds are well kept, rooms spacious and clean and facilities are excellent. We used the gym, tennis and all of the water sports on offer, the beach isn’t crystal clear but still fine to swim with great views or take the boat to the platform for perfect snorkelling. We managed to eat at all of the restaurants (Black Rock, Cafe Gioia twice and Nines). The buffet restaurant had great variety and catered well for our 2 kids and the Easter spread was a welcomed surprise. Pool table and sky sports at the black rock was appreciated by our son. Credit system for the 3 restaurants worked well and we only paid an additional £40 over the course of the 12 days for the 5 visits. We also did various activities (beach volley, football and fishing to name a few) and visited the market which the hotel put on a free shuttle bus twice a week. A lovely area / complex and we would certainly return.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier sécurisé ce qui est rassurant. Les extérieurs sont fleuries et très bien entretenus. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. La restauration dans le restaurant principal est simple mais très bonne et variée et le theme change tous les soirs. La restauration est également possible dans 3 autres restaurants. Les consommations au bar sont très variées dans la formule tout inclus. La plage est belle mais l'eau n'est pas transparente. Nous avons également pu profiter de la journée dans l'hôtel partenaire Lafayette et de la visite du marché de Flacq. Ce qui nous a le plus plu c'est la gentillesse de tous les employés qui se mettent en quatre pour que vos vacances soit les meilleures. D'ailleurs la plupart parlent Français ce qui est tres pratique ! Un grand merci à tous et spécialement à Vinay qui, en plus d'être très agréable et disponible nous a organiser des journées d'excursion sur mesure.

We had a nice stay. The plus points are: 1. Thanks to Sheetal. We received a warm welcome and were upgraded to a suite with pool and were offered late check-out. 2. The swimming pool near the restaurant is nice and the one in the gym is even better 3. All staff are kind and helpful. Special thanks to the Mr. who usually refills the mini bar who accepted to remove all the alcoholic drinks from the minibar despite our request was refused on the previous day. Staffs at le Comptoir offered a good service too. 4. The suite including the bathroom is super spacious and my son did not want to get out of the pool. 5. The buffet restaurant is not that big but you do have a choice for everyone. Points for improvement: 1. The staff should take out the luggage from the guests’ car as we were asked to remive ours. I think this is the bare minimum for a hotel. 2. The kids club is quite small and not many variety of activities.

Lovely staff, great rooms, food mediocre...two out of our party of 4 were ill for 5 days with food poisoning, several other guests had also reported having stomach upsets. The management seemed to be a little concerned but did fob us off by telling us that it wasn't food poisoning but an air born virus, which was madness.
