La Maison d'Eté Hotel by Newmark

This hotel is a successful combination of elegance, cosiness, efficiency and absolute friendliness. The high number of staff members results in us guests being waited upon, attended to, listened to - simply "pampered" at any time of day or night. There is a bright aura of genuine friendliness and obliging by each individual staff member. I caught a chill right at the beginning and was looked after with friendly concern by everyone of the staff. Gloria, Queen of the Spa, prepared local specialities for my cough and many staff members rolled out their "Tisan" during the day which got me back on my feet. The staff go an extra "extra mile"! The food is an excellent range of local and European cuisine, beautifully prepared and presented by attentive serving staff. Hugs to Empress Estella, Cheerful Anais, Rum-Connoisseur Sebastien, Picasso-Raj, Decent-Deeshant, Lovelesh the carrom-coach and Dervesh the Skater. We were there for 12 nights, out of which 5 days, the beach was not at its best seasonwise, but the crystal clear swimming pools and the perfection of our spotlessly maintained beautiful room, the hotel more than made up for it. Definitely, a hotel to be highly recommended in every respect. Our gratitude and Thank Yous to all you lovely people! We´ll be back!

Belle surprise ! ® Intimiste, calme, reposant, belle décoration, belle chambre, belle plage avec transats confortables, personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Bon restaurant avec du choix, organisation des excursions et conseils parfaits spa agréable. @un grand merci à l’équipe et surtout à Yassir qui fut d’une grande aide pour faire de notre séjour un excellent souvenir!

Merveilleux séjour à la maison d'été. L'hôtel n'est pas grand mais dégage une sensation de bien-être par son charme. La vue sur l'océan est magnifique. Les chambres sont jolies et bien équipées. Le personnel est au petit soin avec les clients, tjs de bonne humeur et avec le sourire. Les repas sont excellents. Mention spéciale pour le repas traditionnelle mauritien auquel nous avons eu droit pour notre lune de miel. C'était délicieux. Nous vous recommandons également d'aller vous faire masser auprès de Gloria et Juliana. Vous passerez un moment de détente unique. Petit point négatif: l'emplacement de l'hôtel, sans véhicule, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire aux alentours. En bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander de séjourner à la maison d'été.

La Maison d'Été, sur l'île Maurice, est un véritable refuge hors du temps, niché sur une île absolument incroyable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enveloppés par une atmosphère de sérénité et de confort, comme si nous étions à la maison. Ce petit boutique-hôtel de 16 chambres offre une expérience unique, où chaque détail est soigné avec une attention particulière. Le personnel, du premier au dernier jour, est aux petits soins. De la réception, au services, en passant par les activités proposés ainsi que aux femmes de ménage, chacun joue son rôle avec une délicatesse et une efficacité remarquables. Christine Ramdiane, Directrice Générale, orchestre cette harmonie avec une présence discrète mais toujours attentive, veillant à ce que tout soit parfait. Les chambres sont tout simplement époustouflantes, alliant confort et élégance, avec des vues à couper le souffle. C'était ma première visite à l'île Maurice, et grâce à La Maison d'Été, ce séjour restera gravé dans notre mémoire (voyage avec mes 2 filles ). J'ai pu explorer de nombreux sites magnifiques, mais c'est ce lieu unique qui a rendu mon voyage exceptionnel. Je reviendrai à l'île Maurice dès que possible, et La Maison d'Été sera toujours mon choix privilégié. Merci à toute la formidable équipe !

Un boutique hôtel, plus qu'à la hauteur....chaleureux, propre, confidentiel. D'une quiétude étourdissante .... Tout ce qu'on aime a Maurice.... Une table remarquable, bravo! Face a une plage ...digne d'une carte postale... Cet établissement gagne à être plus connu Bravo!

This small and quirky hotel is very nice. Service is excellent and staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but fully equipped and the location is good. Food choice is wide and all generally good. Not a lot to do when the weather is bad (we were there in winter) but a lovely beachfront area and you can walk along the beach for a few kms.

Très bon accueil à la maison d’Été où nous restons une dizaine de jours: un vrai petit coin de paradis face à l’océan ! Nous avons profité d’un massage relaxant de 90 minutes réalisé par Gloria et Juliana, très douces et professionnelles ! Merci à elles pour leur accueil ! Ce moment détente était parfait. Let's start with the fact that it took me a long time to choose a hotel, I looked at all 5 star ones, different ones, but at a price in the same range and 1.5 times more expensive, based on the reviews I chose this one! How glad we were that I was not mistaken! The price and quality are simply amazing, you won’t find anything better, this is the best place where you can really come to relax. The room is cleaned 2 times a day, it’s always clean, no one breaks into your room, they always know when you’re not there and only pass at that time! This is the best thing you can think of! Food is the most delicious food, the chef prepares amazing dishes, he went out to the restaurant and talked with the guests! The staff - everyone who looked after us these 10 days, communicated with us, prepared food, did cleaning, everyone did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible! We rented a car at the hotel, it was no problem, we also decided to extend our stay for 2 days, rescheduled our flight, agreed with the staff, since the hotel was completely full, they did everything so that we could stay in our room! The massage was amazing, the spa was a real relaxation, the smells in the spa and also the atmosphere was amazing, we went for a couples massage, Juliana and Gloria fulfilled all our massage wishes, we talked and laughed every time we came to the spa, they gave the best massage in our life! The hotel and hotel area, including the beach, is the most beautiful on the island, you will take photos without crowds of people in the background, this boutique hotel is the best place for a vacation, where we want to return!
