大浴場というほどの大きさではありませんでした。 朝食のメニューも少なく、満足度は低かったです。 また、インバウンドでの外国人客が多く、大きな声で話しているのがうるさかったです。

Pleasant stay, standard business hotel with self service amenities. Nice public bath, but quite small. Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle, but very limited parking space if you’re driving. We also didn’t realise there was a back alley to turn into to unload our luggage.

Staffs are very nice and good service mind. Room is small for two but all you need for stay are prepared in the room. About 900m from train station, it is hard to bring the big suitcase to the hotel.

チェックインの際、宿泊する部屋をもう既に宿泊者がいる部屋の番号の紙を渡され、もちろんカードキーはエラーになり、その部屋の中から宿泊されてる人が出てきました。 ホテル側のミスなのにまるで私が間違えてしまったように思われました。 その後も、誤った案内をしたフロントスタッフは特に謝ることもなく、驚きました。 ここのホテルには二度と泊まりたくないと思いました。

酒店距離松本城450米，步行5分鐘就能到松本城的護城河，逛街吃飯都很方便。房間緊湊整潔舒適，大堂有餐廳，是個很温馨的酒店。

There's not too much in the area immediately around the hotel, but the castle, the bus or train station, restaurants and convenience stores are all within walking distance. The hotel has an onsen. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and efficient.

大浴池很舒服，性價比Ok，停車場價格稍貴，1000日元一晚，且不在酒店旁邊，需要走一段路。酒店可以望到松本城，步行距離也很短

Nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. Kindly gave us a room with the castle view. Although it's a 15 minutes' walk from Matsumoto station, the location is very good, with convenience stores and a take-away tempura shop just next door. Would stay there again.
