hotel staff were very much supportive and friendly...they maintained well professionalism ...

The location of the hotel is good, the staff is very good but the condition of the room was terrible. 1. The walls of the room have paint peeling off due to wetness. 2. The taps and mirror in the bathroom are all rustic. 3. Towels provided are dirty and kept just below the wash basin which nobody will use due to unhygien. 4. No dental kit was provided which was mentioned in the description. 5. The sofa in the room was torn at many places. So overall the price you pay for the room doesn't justify the room as it was an old room like any ordinary guest house you get paying 1000 rs.

The location is not as the amount i have paid, this type of rooms should easily available under 2000 the rooms standard, bf standard is not as per the amount the hotel is charging.

Hotel is not maintained with hygiene. There were small insects scrolling in bathroom. Towels were smelling bad and overall it looks like hotel is too old.

Hotel & restaurant is good. W
we enjoyed pleasant stay. Service & staff of hotel brijwasi royal very good. Location of hotel 2. 5 kms away from vishram ghat but auto available just outside the hotel. One can get rental cars from parking stand near holi gate. We suggest restaurant to add some mexican & italian food items in menu for better choice for long stay, otherwise breakfast & food good but reduce use ofasafoetida. Also add some gujarati food. Tour guidance should be provided by brijwasi group for better experience of customer. Brijwasi cent-ram just 600 mtr away from brijwasi royal but they not using onions & garlic in food. We don't like taste of food at brijwasi centram.
