Serivises is very poor behaviour of receptionist is very bad i just check in with my family in approx 11:30 pm but they are very rudely behavior and early morning we need the tead or milk for children but they are said to me our kitchen os start 8 am before 8am we are not providing

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s next to highway and almost all places are easily accessible from this hotel like Janmabhoomi, Gokul, Vrindavan, Gowardhan. You can easily get share auto and goto all these places without spending much money. Room was clean. Only thing I felt bad was water is gone early morning in washroom on both days. After reporting they turned on motor pump.

Hotel Spiti Is One Of The Best Hotel In Mathura , They Have Very Neat And Clean Room Also Their Staff Is Very Friendly And Coperative.
Food - Food quality is awesome (super tasty) and hygienic
Finally Its a very premium hotel.

I booked Hotel Spiti at Mathura. When I visited the hotel at 8AM, the staff, namely Mr. Banke Lal Pathak, started making 1000/- extra rupees because in the booking in my receipt it was written that 10 AM morning you can check in hotel Spiti, but when I reached there, Mr. Banke Bihari Pathak did reduly behavior with me and demanded one thousand (1000) extra rupees for two hours early checking at 8 AM. But I waited two hours to chek in And the location of this hotel is not good, as well as the staff of this hotel, at this cost any one may find another best hotels.
