roshan residency is not good in terms of cleaning and bad samll in room, no basic facilities like drinking water, hot water, washroom is not cleaning and etc. waste of money i'm not recommending this property for stay. very bad experience. 👎

Service quality is very poor. No towel provided cupboard were not cleaned. No food or breakfast included.

I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless they are least bothered about hygiene. Below is the list of negatives. 1. Toilets dirty. 2. Bedsheets dirty. 3. Cockroaches freely roaming. 4. No water served. We were there for 2 days. 5. No electricity. Although not roshan's mistake. 6. Dustbin was not cleaned. 7. Overall. No one was bothered if you were dead or alive. Only plus point was that all others places were accessible cos this was located right in the market area.

1st day in the evening no water in the tap and then lot of power failure which affected the ac and wi fi. 3rd day no hot water.

Location wise good as it is located in center place, not much facilities only ac and hot water for bath do not commenced to the satisfactory stay. Charges are more as compare to facilities.

Rooms were spacious but hygiene was a problem
the bedsheets weren't cleaned properly and had dirt marks on them
i saw around 8 to 10 cockroaches below the bed. Services provided don't do justice to the price paid

I paid rs. 2565 for 2 nights and 3 days. Rooms good for stay only. Wifi, towel, soap, tv without cable connection provided. Good service in this charges.

Average stay standards. Hot water is given on door in steel buckets. Hot water na in room. Location is good in market.
