Thank you for sharing a feedback about your recent stay with us on TripAdvisor. first of all Thank you very much for the positive fedback about our fantastic location / beach / very friendly staff service & other all the services which you received during your stay. well noted your points which is you highlited in your review about the kids club availibility in the hotel. due to some reason it's not operating these days. but we have hotel animator and he will organized kids game for the childrens. also we have communicate with our sales team to update in our all the websites. also we will check your room and will take necesary improvements to mantain room standardfrom our side. just for your information we have placed the towel in each sunbeds but we don't promised to our guests. that is available on first come first one basis only.
