Spectacular views throughout the space. 3 AC's, 2 Tvs 55 inches, sun lounges at the largest balcony available in the building. Beach chairs and towels are available. Free parking available inside the complex. 35 min from SJU airport. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Family friendly helpful staff on site. Centrally located lose to El Yunque, ferries and more.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No extra guests allowed. The property was wonderful. Kind people all throughout, workers and people living there. The owner was very responsive. It was such a beautiful view & we loved hearing the ocean noises.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and it was a perfect jumping off location for us to explore all the wonderful things to see on the east side of Puerto Rico. There is a wonderful cafe/bakery right around the corner from the condo called Panderri that we can't recommend enough.
