這家酒店真的是大雷，我不知道為什麼會有4.3的評分。為了避免再有人被誤導下單，我來詳細吐槽一下這家灑店的問題： 1⃣️迷幻的位置：我和家屬這次南意的行程是先在那不勒斯租車，然後自駕去龐貝-索倫託-波西塔諾-阿瑪爾菲-拉維羅，最後回那不勒斯還車，然後飛法國。一共是4天3晚的行程。因為我和家人非常不喜歡特種兵行程，所以我們想選一家位置最合適的、可以連續住3晚的酒店，每天開車出行，時間隨意。在攜程上搜尋倫託的酒店，攜程首頁置頂推薦的就是這家酒店。但事實上，這家酒店根本不在索倫託，是在城外的半山腰上，周邊什麼都沒有。雖然酒店離索倫託的直線距離不到13公里，但從酒店開車過去要40分鐘，而且全是彎彎繞繞的山路。從索倫託去波西塔諾，開車不到1個小時，而從這家酒店去波西塔諾，開車要70分鐘。從酒店開車出去，不管是往哪裡開，先開半小時繞來繞去的山路，才能上主幹道，我也是醉了。我想問一下攜程，這麼不方便的一家酒店，給它置頂推流的原因是什麼？通常出行預訂酒店，平台的推薦是很多人會考量的重要原因，攜程你們能不能上點心啊，別辜負客户的信任好嗎？ 2⃣️差勁的房間：我這次訂的是豪華開放式海景客房，將近2000一晚的房費，房間就像簡易民宿。房型介紹的陽台，簡直就是個笑話，開門有一小片空地，蟲子亂爬，支着張桌子，往前就是小路，連個台階都沒有，也好意思叫陽台？衞生間根本沒有仔細打掃過，異味很大，窗台上居然還有蛛網和灰塵。房間裏感覺到處都有灰塵，睡了一晚之後我的鼻炎馬上被激活了，一直打噴嚏狼狽至極，第二天一早又去了趟索倫託買葯。不得不説，平台上傳的房間圖片簡直被優化到了極致，都快趕上AI了，我和家屬就是看了圖片覺得不錯才下單的。如果這些圖片是酒店自己提供的，攜程你們可以稍微核查一下嗎？ 3⃣️離譜的情況：房間沒有手機信號，沒有Wi-Fi信號，這種情況我不知道老外能不能忍，反正我覺得中國人都不能忍。我晚上回到酒店房間發現手機一點信號都沒有，就想去reception換房間，發現工作人員晚8點後就下班了，沒人值班三不管，我衹能站在reception門外邊回覆消息（衹有這裏WiFi信號滿格）。然後等我晚一點再去的時候，我發現有兩個老外也站在那開着筆記本上網。所以房間裏沒有任何信號這件事是個普遍現象。可憐我9月30號夜裡當了兩個多小時門衞（因為時差的原因，當時已經是國內10月1號了，我是國慶的生日，我要打接電話收發消息）。我去前台投訴，工作人員跟我撇嘴説了一句Sorry，然後聳肩搖頭表示她也沒辦法，full booking也沒房間給我換，真是絕了。我去投訴還有另外兩個不能忍的問題：一是浴室頂部的花灑噴出來的衹有冷水，怎麼調都是冷水，最後衹能拿着水温還算正常但沒法固定的手持花灑快速沖洗了一下。我真是一包火！二是房間沒被子，床上就是兩層床單。第一天晚上發現沒被子的時候，前台下班了也沒人管，我和家屬在床單上蓋着浴袍就那麼睡了一晚。第二天跟保潔要被子，拿了一條沒被套的棉絮來，我真的是要炸毛了。就這種啥啥都不行的酒店，為什麼還能開下去啊，這副德行早該關門大吉了！ 總結下來一句話，離哪都遠去哪都不方便的酒店位置（不自駕基本寸步難行），差勁到離譜的硬件+軟件，我實在想不出這家酒店能夠被置頂推薦的理由。我的4天南意自由行+生日，就這麼被禍禍了！ 所以大家看到我的親身經歷，趕緊拉黑這家酒店，千萬別再踩雷了！

山の上のビレッジ風ホテル ホテルまでの移動、ホテルからの街への移動は不便、Uberや流れのタクシーがなく、ホテル経由予約で高め ホテル内のレストランは最高に美味しい、特にピザとパスタは本当に美味しい プールも広さ深さもあり、景気も最高で子供たちと大喜び

Out of the crowded tourist places, amazing food, stunning view of Capri Island, rooms are clean and the staff is unique and helpful! Btw, great wine selection from the Campania region.

Americano ‘s celebrating in Capri. Our stay at Gocci Di Capri was MAGICAL. From Martina, Christina and Mike at reception to the guys at the breakfast/ pool bar Fabio, Andrea, Paolo. They gave us the most warm welcome and were always such a pleasure with a smile on their faces everyday. Everyone was so helpful with tours, dinning off premises, directions and whatever we needed. We will be sure to share this wonderful experience with the most spectacular view of Capri. ❤️🇮🇹❤️

The quiet atmosphere was good, but it was bad because there were ants indoors.

Property itself was great, though a little remote. Food was very good. Personnel was friendly and accommodating. Internet and cell phone service was a little spotty, although after we mentioned it, they did a reset and it worked better.

Mesmerizing view It was a wonderful trip. Very pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Staff very friendly and efficient. Mesmerizing view… 💕 definitely recommending this place.

Ein Traum mit atemberaubendem Meerblick Ein absolutes Schmuckstück, ruhig gelegen, mit atemberaubendem Blick und unsagbar freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein riesen Apartment mit 2 Terrassen, 2 Balkonen und aus allen Zimmern Meerblick. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, der Pool sowie das dazugehörige Restaurant absolute Oberklasse. Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Ort und Service!

Lugar único En el medio de Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano. Lugar soñado para descansar y cerca de todos los puntos turísticos de la costa amalfitana. TODO el personal de primera. Cualquier inquietud era resuelto inmediatamente. Les agradecemos a todo el staff lo bien que nos hicieron sentir. MAS QUE RECOMENDABLE

Un bon hôtel résidence dans un superbe cadre L'hôtel Gocce di Capri est relativement éloigné de tout mais le cadre et la vue sont superbes. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant Un parking gratuit est mis à disposition des clents La piscine et grande et belle avec suffisamment de transats Les chambres ou appartements sont spacieux et bien aménagés avec une belle cuisine et disposent de beaux balcons La literie est très confortable par contre il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable Seul problème rencontré le dernier soir avec l'organisation d'une soirée privée qui a privatisé la piscine et généré du bruit avec une musique très forte jusqu'à minuit À part cela nous avons passé un bon moment au Gocce di Capri

Kan anbefales. Vi overnattede 3 nætter, fantastisk beliggenhed med de smukkeste solnedgange og udsigt til Capri. Dejlig komfortabel lejlighed, høj rengøringsstandard og et meget smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Lækker og rigelig morgenmad. Skøn pool m. fantastisk udsigt. Vi glæder os til at komme igen.

We visited as a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children) and we enjoyed our stay at Gocci di Capri. The views are spectacular. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite spacious with a good size kitchen. The bathroom was very tired and the shower was awful. There was also a pipe from the air con unit dripping on to the balcony which created a large puddle everyday. The restaurant was lovely. Food was excellent. The bar did lovely panini’s but only at weekends. There was an issue with the on 3 out of the 4 days we were there which meant it was very murky looked generally dirty which was a shame. Although there were some negatives, we would return as the views are unbeatable and it’s a great base for exploring the area.
