"Booked for an overnight stay on way further our trip. Overall satisfactory with place. It was clean and no bugs. Bedsheets and linen was very good. They provided mini fridge and coffee complementary in the room. One downside I can say is washroom was a bit too small. This hotel is adjacent to their own restaurant so it’s convenient if you want to eat out just 2 minute walk from your room."

"Overall a very good stay in a beautiful place. To be improved : breakfast quality could be upgraded . Not at the level of dinner . Swimming pool: need to upgrade facility for aged people . We had to assist twice old women who could not get out of the pool alone. A simple addition of handrail could help. Nice staff , all gentles , in particular the manager of the equipment’s rental shop, professional and friendly. I found the landing and taking off of seaplanes right in front , amazing but may be dangerous for the people canoeing around. "

"Run away! Run away! Run away! Run away! Run away! A catastrophic stay. We were double-charged, without any valid explanation or real willingness to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable and deeply dishonest management on the part of those running this website. We had to wait over five weeks for a refund despite our numerous follow-ups by email and text message. They always had a problem, either with the payment terminal, the accountant, or the staff. They accused us of putting pressure on them, but that was the least we could do. It's so easy to make a bank transfer these days, yet it took them five weeks to press the button. Furthermore, the room offered was damp, with no ventilation and an unpleasant odor. This is unacceptable for accommodation meant to host travelers. Incompetence and dishonesty are the hallmarks of this establishment. That's it, I won't go any further; I'm fed up with these people who think they can make money without the slightest effort. These practices must be denounced to prevent others from being affected. In short, a disastrous experience. I strongly advise against staying here: poor service, questionable practices, and unacceptable living conditions."
