酒店較新，環境和設備一流，房間整體空間比較大，服務比較及時，態度好。對比周邊酒店，還會繼續選擇這家。

總體還行，性價比不錯。就是浴室的設計可以更好一些以防水外漏，馬桶也可以清潔地更乾淨一些。

I have stayed here many times Clean tidy and comfortable Sign n is easy. Shuttle is a third party but easy enough to arrange. Very accomodating during stressful situations

攜程定了那麼多年的酒店了！第一次寫差評！真的是一生黑的酒店！ 第一天check in的時候，一個東南亞裔的中發女前台，全程臉都超級臭，第一次見到這樣做前台的。給房卡之後電梯怎麼走也不説一聲，問了還一副很不耐煩的樣子，真的是招誰惹誰了啊！ 然後第二天出門了再回來，房卡刷了沒用，跑了兩次還是沒用，一開始前台還不信不肯來看，後來來了確實開不了，才給配了一把鑰匙。 房間裏燈麼也有個壞掉的，電動窗簾麼都開不了的。 最後一天check out要走了，沒想到還能來跟我搞一出。非説第一天給了三張房卡，説我們弄丟了一張要賠錢。真的是無了個大語，哪裡來的第三張？？？？ 總之不想找氣受影響心情的，趕緊遠離這家酒店吧！第一次住個酒店連着三天每天都要來點惱的破事的

離機場很近，房間很大，有兩個衞生間，還是很舒服的，沒有拖鞋牙刷，需要自己帶，其他都蠻好的，陽台特別大，很滿意的住宿

入住當日服務體驗非常不佳。前台一位東南亞裔的女士在幫我們辦理入住時，把兩間房安排在兩個不同的樓層，我們提出其中家庭房的一間卧室需要雙床，遭到了直接拒絕，理由是house keeping已下班，無法重新佈置。但我們衹是要求查看一下有沒有其它已經佈置成雙床的房間，事實上是有的。在反覆溝通後也成功找到了。（真費勁） 電梯控制系統需要刷卡才能上樓，每間房卻衹給我們一間房卡，認為造成了不必要的不便。 印裔當班經理更加過分。在其中一間房間被意外反鎖，等候許久也未有工作人員來處理的情況下，當班經理在見我兩次到前台溝通後跟隨我們上樓處理。期間不停反覆詢問我們訂了幾間房。本身服務不到位，還預設客人違反酒店規定多人入住，不願意自己花時間去核實，反倒反覆詢問客人，這樣思路真是超級冒犯人！ 此人是否適合從事一線服務工作值得業主及管理層反思。

房間挺大，設備也挺新，離機場很近，游泳池是暖水的，室外有個攀爬架，適合帶娃家庭，或者出行人士

가족을 위해서 예약했습니다. 공항 이용할 때 항상 이용하는 호텔이에요. 우버 타도 20불 안 나오고 셔틀 시간에는 셔틀 타고 공항 다닐 수 있어서 좋아요.

非常棒！離機場很近，房間寬敞，有一個超級大的露台，小朋友跑跑非常開心。房間裝修非常現代化和智能化。房間送餐也很棒，大廚的手藝特別好，總體來講非常滿意👍

I specifically booked this hotel for its indoor pool. Clean. Did my two laps and rested. The sunlit areas quite warm. As for the room, I was surprised to see I’d actually booked a spacious if not luxuriously appointed service apartment. The Electrolux washer and dryer units a welcome touch for long haul travelers and those traveling with family. The en suite bathroom is perfect for seniors with its fold out bench seat in the shower. The hotel restaurant’s buffet breakfast is diverse and tasty with a chef on call should one desire specialty items. Staff were excellent. Attentive but not annoyingly over intrusive. The steak was delicious. My only complaints were I couldn’t do a late afternoon checkout as the hotel was apparently booked to capacity. A short walk down the street puts one on a typical Mascot city food street with a plethora of working class restaurants. The walk to and from the hotel is perfect for light exercise and digestion. For an additional aud10 fee one can book the hourly airport shuttle which delivers one to either domestic or international terminals. Excellent hotel for business travelers and families with small children. Very quiet neighborhood and seemingly safe locale. This is my new “go to” airport hotel.

I booked the room with a bath tab however there wasn't. I spoke with the reception and I was told that it was a mistake on the trp.com side because this room has no bath tub. However they generously changed the better room with a bath tub. Very appreciated. I was disappointed about the sauna, it was out of order. The service wasn't great for breakfast at the restaurant. One waiting staff wasn't friendly, no greeting and no smile. Overall I and kids enjoyed staying there.
