Kerami Manor & Day Spa

Kerami manor was the most delightful getaway. We have stayed in crown, sofitel and other luxurious hotels around Australia and this by far is the most enjoyable and luxurious accommodation. From the accommodation itself to the breakfasts, the day spa massages and facials, are perfect. Phil greeted us on arrival and he is a delight. The beds are perfect, the spa was wonderful and all very clean. We can't wait to return next year for our anniversary again. Thank you Phil. 5 star +++++

My stay at Kerami Manor & Spa was a lovely experience. From being greeted by Phil the host at the door & then provided with a lovely tour around this beautiful property, where the history of the Manor was explained was a unique experience. My stay in the spacious 2 bedroom apartment was a delight. Any request was welcomed & accommodated. Each morning I was provided with a delicious breakfasts served by Harry. This was a beautiful & quiet place to stay for a couple of nights and I would definitely recommend staying there. It is certainly a place I would like to stay at again.

What an amazing experience! Harry and Phil are the perfect hosts! Extremely attentive. We recieved a timely text advising us of the check in procedure, and arrived to find a welcoming fire already lit in our fireplace. Phil followed up with a phone call before dinner to ensure we had enough wood! The room was amazing! We had room 5 that consisted of a king size master, and ample loungeroom with HUGE TV, an enormous bathroom and an additional single bedroom. This Manor is beautiful inside and out, and was unbelievably quiet given that all rooms were booked. The included breakfast was delicious, and includes continental and cooked options. Thankyou for an incredibly memorable stay. We'll be back!

Wow, the Manor is luxurious and so well appointed with many personal touches. 4 suites upstairs (our room had a super comfy bed) and a two room suite downstairs, lounges on both floors and a spacious dining room as well. Harry was a gracious host and set a calm inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Around 10 years ago (I think) this town was totally wiped out by fires. Including this lodge which as been rebuilt. No mean task! The lodge is on the edge of town and a steep hill away from the few shops. As we travelled with a car this was an obstacle. The proprietors are a very nice couple called Phil and Harry. There is great attention to detail including a very nice breakfast! Phil was helpful in correspondence before and on the night of our stay drove us down the street and collected us again. Real service! We went to eat at Peppers, but left without doing so. Opting for a pub nearby. Harry takes over as restaurant manager in April 2023 and there are significant improvements on the way. We were transported locally and from the airport by Debra of Bespoke Tours. She took us to some very nice wineries. The lodge was a good experience but I marked it down a little because the decor didn’t appeal to me. Many people will like it though. Just personal taste!

I have stayed in many establishments round the world, but this is undoubtedly one of the best! Simply stunning from the time you drive up and walk through the front door. So sumptuous in the decor,artwork and sculptures Our p graded room, was more like a mini unit, beautifully decorated, op quality finishes, and even he coonara warming the lounge/living area. We were greeted by Sandra, who was so warm,welcoming and friendly, she ensured we not only felt comfortable but knew where everything was and settled in. The continental breakfast was wonderful, and only once was i tempted to add a cooked version. Another pleasant and unexpected surprise was dinner on Tuesday evening. Compliments to the chef who although worried his offering of bangers and mash with veg, followed by crepes warm berries and ice cream may be a bit too ordinary! Need not have worried, it was wonderful. My partner enjoyed one of Sandras fabulous massages, returning feeling on top of the world We saw Phil in passing, Harry was at breakfast the day we left for a chat, but undoubtedly the boys are sooo lucky to have Sandra there as a back up. They ensure even the most minute detail is attended to This has been the first of many stays here
