Good budget friendly hotel, neat and clean, staff always ready to help you, it was a really nice place and the best part is the hotel is located nearby beach, I must say to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities, even you can get local market and food near by the hotel.

We came all the way from Jammu to Daman on family trip with 7 adults & 5 kids. Made onsite booking yesterday after chking rooms, which were though not up to expectations. Major issue faced by us was UNAVAILABILITY of water, no water for bath, not even for nature's call... IMAGINE! We cut down our stay fm 2 nights to 1 and requested 1 day refund as they couldn't solve the problem of water. We requested to owner over call to visit the site and refund the 1 day amount. But he was EXTREMELY RUDE & ARROGANT. Although payment was taken in ADVANCE by Manager (Lala Pathan), but while on requesting Refund, he diverted to other number, who further diverted to someone else.. Very Unprofessional behavior.. Would surely give NEGATIVE RATINGS, if option available.. made our family day soure with unnecessarily arguments and diversions frm 1 number to others for simple water problem resolution.
