Mulu Marriott Resort & Spa arvostelua

The hotel is super beautiful surrounded by nature. They have a shuttle bus to the park and back. Just need to ask when you are ready. Also free shuttle from the airport. The swimming pool is really nice before pr after the tours at the park. The breakfast buffet is good and has everything even gluten free bread. The food at the restaurant is ok. We ate a lot at the park as they have more options of dishes and vegetables. Also the prices are more affordable. I would definitely go back.

多年前去姆魯時住過萬豪，印象深刻，所以這次毫不猶豫再次選擇入住貴店。雖然經歷新冠，設施也有一定的陳舊，但那份神祕和舒適感依然存在。服務依然在線，希望一直保持下去。對於頻繁斷電這件事，還是希望酒店能跟供電部門溝通交流一下它的重要性。

Excellent for all the family. Plenty to do and see with excellent customer service.

Останавливались в этом отеле несколько раз. Отель в хорошем состоянии, бассейн чистый, постельное белье в отеле чистое, кровать удобная, номера хорошо убраны.  Завтрак значительно улучшился по сравнению с предыдущими годами. Заказное питание в ресторане дорогое, не вкусное. Выгоднее брать полупансион или питаться в кафе национального парка.  К сожалению вспоминаем ранее располагавшейся на этом месте отель Mulu Resort, в котором было вкусное 3-х разовое питание, развлекательная программа во время ужина, организованные экскурсии в национальный парк на лодке с пристани отеля. Сейчас к сожалению этого уже нет. Цены на экскурсии в отеле дорогие, все необходимо организовывать самостоятельно в офисе парка. Очень жаль, что известная отдельная сеть Marriott, купившая отель плохо заботится о досуге туристов. 

非常棒！來回mulu公園班車隨叫隨到，餐廳味道好，早餐不錯。 建議住兩晚以上。 在mulu有這個水平酒店實屬不易。

原始森林裏的現代文明，全家都很滿意，超出預期。一天下來洗個熱水澡，吃頓飽飯，休息一下，再開始次日行程。

Good and excellent

staff were very helpful and room was clean, and there is a complimentary shuttle service to the airport and national park, however there was no wifi in my room and the food could be much better

They upgraded us to a suite and prepare birthday decor with a cake, this is definitely surprise us.

The front desk service was excellent and very proactive. Others did well, too, with their friendly approaches. Overall, I was really satisfied and will come back.

Totally, it's nice. Although the cost is higher than the other accommodations, relax conditions are ready here.

The location is beautiful and so are the rooms. However, the service is awful. It took 40 minutes to check us in.The rooms have no wifi and the hotel is in a remote location with limited food options. The food at the hotel was avarage and a lot of the options were not available. The staff wasn’t helpful, they were sometimes rude and dismissive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

房間很不錯，入住有點慢，起碼等到2點多才能入住，服務總體還不錯，機場，姆碌國家公園來回接送的司機很好，看他們也很忙碌，一共就兩輛車。自助餐品種不多，但是味道還很不錯，服務很周到。
