"I arrived at the hotel at around 1pm, and the front desk gave me the room directly (a room on the fifth floor). I paid a deposit of 100 euros on my credit card. When I entered the room, I saw that it was a room without windows on the wall (I booked a room with a small bed), so I called the front desk and asked him to change me to a room with windows on the wall instead of a room with windows on the roof. Their front desk reception was very enthusiastic and sent a colleague to take me to see another similar room on the fourth floor. Although there was a small window on the wall, the room was relatively small and not as good as the room with skylight on the fifth floor. So I decided to choose the room with skylight on the fifth floor. Check-in was still very pleasant. I met five or six front desk receptionists in total. Everyone was very enthusiastic. Maybe because I speak French, they answered all my questions. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a five-minute walk from the Joliette subway station and there is a tramway. There are Carrefour, Monoprix and Franprix next to the hotel. The last three photos are a hamburger restaurant next to the hotel, which is a one or two-minute walk from the hotel. The average price per person is about 17 or 18 euros, and it is very delicious. From the photos you can see that the hotel is very close to Notre Dame Le Major. The hotel is relatively quiet and a good choice."

"The hotel is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Terrasses du Porc restaurant and the cathedral. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, catering to all tastes. The hotel is connected to the Joliette parking garage; the rate is €30 for 24 hours. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful, thank you again! The room was rather small, but it had all the necessary amenities, so it was convenient. The breakfast was very good, with quality products and a wide variety. I don't know about the pool, as I didn't use it!"

"The design of the hotel is visually great and staff was friendly but it's noisy (and I'm usually not sensitive to noise and it even bothered me). Before the rooms on our floor (2nd) is a general door that is super loud when it closes. Then at 9am the fire alarm falsely went off. All not too great when you want relax. The terasse dowmstairs are very nice though."

"My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a night. First and foremost, the reception staff we interacted with were exceptional. Each receptionist was more delightful than the last, and their warmth and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. While the common areas were well-maintained and clean, we did encounter several issues with our room. The key issues are as follows: Cockroach Infestation: Unfortunately, the room was infested with cockroaches. We found them on our clothes, by the curtains, and in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable. Non-Functioning Safe: The safe in the room did not work. Unpleasant Smells: There was a distinct odor of mildew and sewer in both the room and the shower area. When we first checked in, the smell was quite overwhelming. We opened the window and, due to the non-functioning safe, took all of our valuables including our heavy laptop with us when we went out for the evening. Although the smell had diminished slightly upon our return, it was still quite strong, particularly in the bathroom. We decided to sleep with the window open, but since it was cold outside, we went to reception to request extra blankets, which unfortunately were unavailable. We then tried to use the window lock system that allows the window to remain slightly open for ventilation while preventing anyone from entering, but the lock was broken. Stains on Walls and Floor: There were several dried stains on the walls and floor that made us uneasy, as they appeared similar to those caused by bed bugs. While we did not experience any bites, we were nervous throughout the night. Photos will be provided. Unpleasant Balcony View: Although we had a partial sea view, it was marred by the sight of underwear and razors discarded on the balcony area below us. Strong Paint Odor: While the room appeared freshly painted, the odor was overwhelming and unpleasant."
