這是臨時訂的房間，原來的到店被商家故意換了差房，不住了換的這家。價格不便宜，但是很老，鑰匙打不開房門，枕巾皺巴巴的像是被人用過的，還很悶，不好。唯一就是離老港跟近，服務態度還可以。性價比不高

很安全的賓館，前台老大哥非常nice，給人温馨的家的感覺，住在4樓，隔音還不錯，畢竟是經濟型的，已經蠻好了，走到老港和步行街都是咫尺之遙，下次有機會再來。

This place is very basic and I feel like I overpaid given my experience. First it is close enough to a dance club that you can hear the music and patrons. In my case that was until 5:15 am when I got up for an early morning train. The shower is handheld and not mounted to the wall so it is a bit like bathing with a hose. No working elevator and the stairs were not built evenly so walking up and down them risks a fall or turned ankle. The thing this place has going for it is it’s proximity to the marina and it is a reasonable walk from the train station.

Забыла написать, что вокруг множество недорогих кафе для завтраков, а также несколько продуктовых магазинов (сначала забронировали на 2 ночи, но поняли, что этого будет недостаточно, поэтому отзывов два:))

Very good location. A few steps to the Vieux Port. The room is very very small and no elevator. Noisy at night because there is a bar nearby.

The place seems worn out and needs some repairs. However, for the price, it offers a great location.

Scary.....Not worth staying even been in a great location. Arrived 29th May 25 for 3 nights. Staff at reception very nice....Proceeded to 5th floor and dropped bags and went for dinner close buy on return about 11pm we found, Toilet seat broke, toilet flush broke and left on a shelf, no holder for shower hose over bath, bath screen not fit for purpose water out on floor, cable from TV wrapped around narrow table to prevent it from falling out i guess, glass so dirty the only way you are looking out is to open window, not safe when open as window opens fully and no protection from 5th floor, lift worked once and a alot of steps before port. Stayed the first night and the following morning reported problems to the same guy at reception. Later that evening we returned at 5pm and was told things would get fixed the next day at 12 noon, but we would need to be there and wait while everything was done. Went to room gathered our things and left. We walked a short distance to the HOTEL BEAUVAU and it cost extra but worth every penny for our last 2 nights. We have visited Marseille 5 time in the last 12 months and love the place, pity Hotel De Sud been in such a great location could not step up to the mark.

Très simple mais bon rapport qualité-prix, belle localisation et personnel super. Un seul regret : le lit double en 120 cm qui n'est pas décrit comme tel sur le site.

Établissement que je ne conseille pas Chambre tres petite separee du couloir par une porte lourde salle de bain dans le couloir d'entrée Sommier encore emballé dans le plastique de livraison Vue horreur sur une cours intérieure sans joie Petit déjeuner en option à commander la veille au soir sans que le personnel de l'accueil vous le précise

Bon séjour, bien situé et hotel propre et calme contrairement aux commentaires que j'ai pu voir

Un séjour très agréable avec un hôtel bien placé Un séjour très agréable avec un emplacement au top sur le vieux port. La réception est toujours ouverte. Il est cependant regrettable que les chaines de la télévision ne puissent être changées que debout sur le lit. Un accueil agréable avec une bouilloire et des thés. pourquoi pas des cafés ? Un dernier détail : les serviettes sont changées tous les jours même celles qui n'ont pas été mises dans la baignoire comme demandé. C'est dommage.
