Great location and the staff where very helpful. The family rooms have two beds which is good so can fit 3 people max

La chambre sentait le tabac froid et n’avait pas été nettoyée (surtout le sol). La lumière principale dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas… L’accueil est ok sans plus. Le seul point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement… et bien évidemment son prix. Mais ça ne vaut certainement pas les 3 étoiles.

A FUIR si vous ne voulez pas ramener des punaises de lit chez vous !!!! Nous devions séjourner 3 nuits et surprise à notre arrivée avec la présence de punaise de lit adulte malgré un détecteur sous le matelas et du cellophane tout autour du sommier. Ce qui fait penser que cet hôtel a bien déjà été contaminé par ces nuisibles et que leur traitement n'est pas suffisant! Nous avons donc dû trouver en urgence un hôtel pour la nuit et également le reste du séjour sans aide de l'hôtel. Bien que la direction nous ai remboursé notre séjour à juste titre, je préfère prévenir car personne ne souhaite passer la nuit avec des punaises de lit et encore moins de les ramener chez soi.

Bien placé en plein centre

I would like to start off by saying that I am not sure who wrote all of these glowing reviews, but they could not have possibly seen or been in the same room that I was assigned on the 1st Floor. Pre arrival experience was great - received a welcome survey asking why we staying, who was travelling, etc. Received responses back same day. I then got my hopes up and was excited for my stay. I sent a follow up email following the rail lines being shutdown and asked for information on possibly needing to cancel due to not being able to get there. No response. I thought "maybe they are busy, it is the Olympics and it will all work out". We arrived and were coldly welcomed by a woman busy on the phone. After about 8-10 minutes she acknowledged us and then checked us in. We went to our room up 1 level and I was shocked. Mad kudos to their marketing team here because these rooms like absolutely nothing like they actually are in person. It was a step BELOW, most hostels. Blank walls, a dirty bathroom and just an unwelcome space. There was AC so that is great! The walls are thinner than notebook paper. We heard the entire conversation in the room next to ours. They were not even talking loudly - that's how thin the walls are. We went to our event at the Marseille Stadium and came back to the hotel and checked out. We never even sat on our beds, changed our train tickets to leave that night and left. When we checked out, the gentleman didn't even ask why we were leaving 5 hours after we checked in. Clearly, we were not the first to do so and I guarantee we are not the last. The hotel IS located walking distance to the metro, but other than that there is not a single positive comment I can give. Avoid this place if possible - there are much better hotels in the area.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une ou deux nuits dans le centre de Marseille. J ai lu des avis atroces mais on ne peut avoir le beurre et l argent du beurre. C est un hôtel simple, fonctionnel et propre et le personnel est adorable et très arrangeant. Au vu du prix on sait très bien que l on ne va pas au Hilton, mais la chambre même petite a tout ce qu il faut. Si je devais lui trouver un défaut ça serait l insonorisation côté rue de devant, mais bon pour une nuit j y retournerai.

Chambre donnant sur rue très bruyante même la nuit, nous étions au troisième étage et l’impression d’être dehors au milieu de la circulation, aucune isolation phonique. Le personnel est accueillant, c’est propre, bien situé.

Small but cosy hotel. Ideally situated for short stay Easy access to transport links and short walk to Old Port area through artisan shopping areas. Room is basic but clean and modern. Breakfast ideal for those doing a day of sightseeing and travelling about. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend Stayed for 3 nights for 6 Nations rugby and city break
