Great place! Really friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location too with so many shops and restaurants near by. We had mint tea and Moroccan biscuits on arrived, which was a lovely gesture. The restaurant is great too, very pretty surroundings and nice menu.

Riad was amazing beautiful décor felt like a true palace and the staff was beyond amazing friendly respectful and extremely attentive and professional. We loved everything and every second there. Will & Daisy.

Quiet refuge in the chaos The room was not in great condition. Curtains didn't close properly. Room fridge didn't cool. The bathroom tiles cracked and tired looking. The general lobby is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. One day there was no hot water and that was annoying but eventually fixed. Airport pick up and other transport arrangements were good. The Agafay desert outing we booked thru the hotel was horrible and wouldn't recommend.

Un excellent Riad, dirigé avec un grand professionnalisme et de grandes qualités humaines. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le décor architectural est magnifique, le cadre idyllique. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Un séjour très agréable dans un lieu exceptionnel. Bravo et merci.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti al Riad Carmela Princesse e posso dire che è un albergo veramente bello che mantiene lo stile autentico marocchino. Il personale è stato sempre accogliente e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Ci hanno fornito indicazioni su come muoverci e hanno organizzato il nostro rientro molto presto la mattina, offrendoci anche una colazione fuori orario. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia dell'hotel e i piccoli gesti come la bottiglia d'acqua giornaliera, la frutta secca, le ciabattine e gli accappatoi. La cucina è buona e offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se decidete di soggiornare in questo albergo, vi segnaliamo che l’ingresso del riad non è raggiungibile direttamente dal taxi, ma bisogna scendere circa due minuti a piedi prima di arrivare. Se avvisate il personale dell’albergo, vi organizzeranno sia il pick-up in aeroporto che il rientro. Il pagamento del taxi potete saldarlo direttamente alla reception. Consiglio vivamente questo riad a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e confortevole a Marrakech.

I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, with a comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and the common areas were inviting. However, the staff could have been more attentive. While the service was efficient, a bit more friendliness and willingness to assist would have enhanced the experience.

The hotel was very nice and extremely confortable. Breakfast was amazing in that they even had gluten free bread which for those of us who cannot eat gluten is really special! The best part of this hotel though was the kindness and helpfulness of it's staff, impecable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre au RIAD KARMELA À notre arrivée, surprise, surclassé au RIAD KARMELA PRINCESSE, la porte en face, on nous a donné une SUITE ! La décoration des deux RIADS est magnifique,,, je croyais rêver Nous avons dîner trois fois au restaurant,,, c'était un délice. Le personnel est très attentionné,,, Merci à tous Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable, ma fille et moi SALIMA ET SOFIA

I have just returned from a weekend break with a friend . We were originally booked into the sister Riad, Karmela upon arrival late at night we were greeted with a complimentary drink each, as we had missed dinner and also a upgrade to Princess. Our room was very cosy , clean and comfortable. All of the staff were lovely and attentive. The food n the Karmela restaurant was amazing and there was a gentleman with a guitar singing some lovely mellow songs. Breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend staying at this Riad. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a beautiful Riad. So much better than a hotel. Lovely rooms. We stayed in a junior suite with 3 beds. However 1 bed is up some very narrow stairs. Ok if you're fit and agile. The bathroom could do with modernising though. But the shower was nice and hot and powerful. Staff were fantastic and took care of us. They couldn't do enough. Wish we had a couple of more days there. We reached the Riad quite late and most restaurants had shut. But they served us a welcoming drink and a delicious lentil bean soup. The massage was ok. I have had better. Food -breakfast choice was plenty if you eat everything. They cater for gluten free although they thought gluten free and vegan was the same. Not much choice for vegans. Paratha style and corn bread were vegan. They had soya milk. The vegan dinner menu was almost non existence but they offered to make us food which was all tasty. The location is OK. Tucked away but that means no noise from outside. You would need to get a tuktuk to take you there unless you knew the alleyways We would return.
