Bel architecture centrée par une piscine bien entretenue avec appartement bien (chambre à coucher, séjour et kitchenette + salle de bain). Ustensiles minimum. Petit frigo. Clim bien. Draps propres. Très bien pour un plan B. À côté du Mall Al Mazar.

If you are in the area for business, do not stay at this hotel. The WiFi is terrible and additionally the room isn’t very clean. Though I didn’t use the pool, it does look nice out there. They don’t provide water bottles in the room and there isn’t much around to get water or even dinner.

A fuir absolument Ne vous fiez pas aux photos des annonces, c’est Horriblement vétuste et dangereux, Personnelle agressive et zéros services Pas de matériel de cuisine, pas chaise, Clim très très bruyant et défectueuse, pas en sécurité Pas votre chemin et surtout un personnel agressif .

Pour commencer avec les points positifs : - Personnel accueillant et prévenant; - appartement à 2 chambres et un salon qu'on a pris est très spacieux, il dispose d'une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Il y a une kitchenette moyennement équipée et deux salles de bains dont une avec douche. - l'appartement est très propre. Il n'y a pas de tapis ni de moquettes mais personnellement je préfère ainsi. - Le ménage est bien fait et quotidiennement. - La piscine est grande mais peu profonde, bien qu'on l'ai pas testée. - La climatisation est disponible mais on l'a pas testée vu le temps qu'il faisait - Un parking gratuit est disponible avec quelques places à l'ombre. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le quartier d'Agdal est excellent. - Exactement en face il y a un mall avec les restos et café et un carrefour. Les points à améliorer : - les kits de bienvenue, en fait on eu uniquement les savonnettes. - Pas de sèche cheveux - Pas de fer à repasser - Pas de four dans la kitchenette - Les serviettes de bain un peu vieilles - la télé dans le salon est vraiment petite - pas de télé dans les chambres à coucher - Pas d'oreillers supplémentaires dans l'appartement et ceux fournis sont plutôt plats. Sinon, si on a le sommeil très léger, l'aéroport n'est pas loin et il y a pas mal de décollages d'avion juste au dessus de l'hôtel (nous ca ne nous a pas posé beaucoup de problèmes). Globalement on a trouvé que le rapport qualité prix est correct, ce serait meilleure si les recommandations sont prise en compte.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Palm Appart Club. My family and I had to change rooms three times within the first two nights due to unclean conditions and a foul smell. Basic requests like an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer were ignored despite multiple requests, and we only received one iron (without a board) and a single hairdryer, which was later removed without explanation. This left my wife, sister-in-law, and her young child with no way to dry their hair, leading to the child waking up sick. Additionally, the playground was missing essential equipment, which limited options for our young child to play. This stay was meant to be a relaxing escape, but it only added stress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking reliable service and a comfortable stay.

Worst holiday hotel accommodation. This hotel does deserve to be given 1 star. The staff tells you that they will sort things out but never do. I had to put a formal complaint. I had to chabge room 4 times. 1st room was filthy and stank of sewage. The second room has 3 lights faulty and the walls and fittings was poor with no sign of upkeep and maintenance. The third room had broken kitchen cabinet and damaged draws and electrical plugs loose and looked not safe. I had 3 young children on holiday. On my 4th room I had a very frightening experience where my mobile charger exploded and my original phone charger and cable burned. At that point I got very angry and frustrated. And by the way there were more minor issues like they do nit provide you with hair dryer, no iron or ironing board (this is advertised on my booking website that I book this stay with).. I can go on on.

This hotel was excellent I can not wrong it. Comfortable stay the staff were outstanding... Saleem, mohammed Kareem all the receptionist staff were outstanding. The apartment was clean and regular cleaning was done. I would go back to the same apartment again. The breakfast was outstanding.

Très bon appart hôtel si vous avez des enfants. Les appartements sont spacieux et propre , et doté d'une kitchenette mini frigo ( qui d'ailleurs devraient être remplacé.. ) Sinon l'accueil est chaleureux et ils essayent de répondre à vos attentes. Gros problème niveau serviettes qu'on a du réclamer plusieurs fois par jours. Juste en face un centre commercial et pour se rendre à gueliz ou jamaa el fna compter 15dh en taxi. Très belle piscine qui nécessite un coup de propre.
