Il riad è in buona posizione, il posto è tranquillo, buona la colazione. Non bene l'accoglienza non ci è stata fornita nessuna indicazione o attività da svolgere. Molto male il fatto di non aver accettato la carta di credito ne abbiamo provate 3 senza riuscire a pagare, siamo stati costretti ad andare a prelevare in banca.

The Dar Tasnime is a beautiful family owned & run Riad in the Medina Marrakesh. The host was charming and very welcoming, sharing local knowledge & tips. It is an oasis of calm in the centre of the town and we will definitely be recommending this venue to our friends!

Gran alojamiento apenas a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza jemaa el fna. El trato con el dueño fue fabuloso adelantando el desayuno incluso para poder ajustarse a nuestra agenda y ayundandonos en todas nuestras dudas. Limpio y cuidado y con una terraza maravillosa.

My wife and I were excited to stay here after reading all the amazing reviews, especially after a long journey from the Sahara. However, it fell far short of our expectations. We arrived around 6PM and when we rang the bell, the owner opened the door and rushed us in, telling us we're "late." We sat down, registered, paid the city tax, and were sent off to our room. During this whole process, his demeanor was very unfriendly. Not once were we offered help with our bags. The room is quite small for two people, but is beautifully decorated, especially the bathroom. There was some miscommunication regarding the bed type, but housekeeping quickly fixed it the next day (converted two twins into one double). The worst part of the experience was the shower. After being in the Sahara for 4 days, we wanted to take a nice hot shower. After 15 minutes, all the hot water ran out and we had to wait until the next morning to shower again. We didn't even experience this in guesthouses on the way to the Sahara. We were gaslighted and told the shower can accommodate 3 people showering in one night. The breakfast was actually quite delicious with lots of variety (yogurt, eggs, fruit, crepes, and other local specialties). Aside from during breakfast time, all of our interactions with the owner were quite unpleasant and we sensed a lot of attitude from him. This was by far the worst accommodation during our 2 week stay in Morocco.

We were a group of seven people and had three rooms. The riad’s authentic Moroccan architecture and tasteful decor created a serene atmosphere. Each room was a masterpiece, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. The attention to detail was evident, making the entire experience a visual delight. Our stay at Dar Tasnim in Marrakech was extraordinary. Chakib is the owner and this property is the house that he was raised in it. Chakib’s exceptional hospitality, attentiveness to guests and his exceptional customer service made us feeling home. Breakfast was a delight, showcasing the richness of the local cuisine. The rooftop terrace, with panoramic views of Marrakech, provided a perfect setting for the afternoon tea and Morracan sweets. Beyond the tangible luxuries, it was the genuine warmth of Chakib’s that made our stay unforgettable. His passion for ensuring a memorable experience was evident in every interaction. Dar Tasnim in Marrakech is not just a place to stay; it’s a haven where luxury meets heartfelt hospitality. I left with cherished memories, already anticipating my return to this hidden gem in the heart of Marrakech.

Une excellente adresse au calme. Le bâtiment est bien isolé, la climatisation fonctionne bien. L'endroit est très propre, le propriétaire de très bons conseils. Le Riad est situé juste en face d'un restaurant branché, ne le ratez pas non plus, vous n'avez qu'à traverser la rue !
