An excellent half-term break at Dar Seven. We shared the lovely roof-top room with our teenage son, and essentially had the whole roof to ourselves. Very lovely and attentive staff who made us feel super spoilt. Highly recommend a stay at Dar Seven.

Excellent service. Includes a very good breakfast. The Guest room was spacious with a comfortable bed. It is on the level with the lounge, so noise from early risers is worth considering. The Brown room was very charming and they kindly turned two beds into one. It is on the upper level and very quiet. Cookies and tea on arrival was a very nice touch.

Dar Seven arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport and then back again. We had half board. Both the breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are polite, attentive and go out of their way to help. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. 10 out of 10 !!

We truly had a wonderful experience at this charming Riad, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional hospitality we received from the entire team. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and kind, including Khalid, Ahmed, and Illiyas, who each made our stay memorable in their own unique way. The Riad is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but still very close to the center and a short walk to tbe souks. The rooftop and courtyard were simply stunning, offering peaceful spaces to unwind. The atmosphere had such a homely feel, especially in the evening when the candles were lit, creating a magical ambiance. Breakfast was a highlight of each day, and our absolute favorite was the freshly made traditional Moroccan bread, which was absolutely delicious. The mint teas they served were also a lovely touch, adding to the authentic experience. A special thanks must go to Khalid, whose kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. He made our stay special with his thoughtful gestures and warm personality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dar Seven. The property is absolutely beautiful and located conveniently in the Medina. Ilias and team welcomed us with mint tea and we had a fantastic stay. The suites are very large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each day. Khalid was also kind enough to walk us to a restaurant one evening and escort us back so we wouldn’t get lost. I highly recommend Dar Seven for your stay in Marrakech.

A high recommendation for Dar Seven!
Dar Seven was a wonderful oasis amid the colorful, crazy, chaotic feel of Marrakesh. The staff were most attentive and accommodating to our every needs. The decor was most interesting and a delight to be around. Nothing but high praise!

Wir waren für 3 Tage in Marrakesch und sind im Dar Seven untergekommen. Man geht durch die verwinkelten Gassen und kann sich kaum vorstellen, dass man richtig ist, denn der Eingang des Riads ist sehr unscheinbar. Aber dann geht die Tür auf und man ist wie in einer anderen Welt. Alles ist ruhig und wunderschön. Wir wurden mit Tee und Gebäck willkommen geheißen. Das Personal war die ganze Zeit über sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war (wie das gesamte Riad) sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll zubereitet. Bei Fragen oder Problemen, stand man uns immer zur Seite. Beispielsweise organisierte man für uns eine deutschsprachige Stadtführung, die sehr gut und kurzweilig war und bei der auch unsere Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre alt) mit einbezogen wurden. Wir haben uns im Dar Seven sehr wohl gefühlt!

Du bon, et du moins bon…. Premier repas du séjour pris au Riad, après une arrivée pénible due à une affluence record à l’aéroport. Une salade simple mais bonne, suivie d’un couscous aux légumes. Pas de viande.Pas de vin possible, même avec supplément. Pas de dessert, juste des petits gâteaux secs avec le thé à la menthe. Le prix du repas dans ce Riad est à 35€… Le Riad est très beau, et très propre, le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Le personnel discret et efficace, sauf le « responsable », qui est en mode dilettante. La photo de présentation du Riad, est la « brown room » que nous avons occupée pendant une semaine, et le manque de porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre est un peu gênante… en effet, les wc sont dans la salle de bains! On vous dira que au Maroc authentique c’est comme ça… Chez les pingres aussi! Nous avons eu la chance d’être en séjour en même temps qu’un autre couple très discret, et là pas de problèmes de bruit et de promiscuité, par contre le dernier jour une famille avec enfant est arrivée, et là vous vivez bien le départ en excursion à 7h00 du matin! Au final, cela fait 30 ans que nous venons à Marrakech, nous connaissons bien la ville, et l’emplacement de ce Riad n’est pas idéale pour les « novices », c’est assez loin du centre. Au moment de payer, et devant notre mécontentement de ce premier repas, nous avons eu une ristourne à 15€ par personne, chacun appréciera ! Pour nous, c’est clair, c’est la dernière fois dans ce type d’hébergement.

It is the best property we ever stayed at in terms of hospitality. Ilyas proposed to walk with us to the places we wanted to go dine, especially at night and us being 2 girls. Ilyas and Ahmed and the house lady made sure that everything was perfect and they went above and beyond every single day. Highly highly recommend. We cannot thank them enough for caring so much and being so attentive. Breakfast was also amazing.
