Riad Excepcional, precioso, acogedor y con un personal extraordinario. Comenzando por Stephany y acabando por el maletero. Muy cómodo, bien situado. En el próximo viaje esperamos tener tiempo para probar sus restaurantes, tienen un aspecto inmejorable.

Une expérience inoubliable! Un accueil magnifique, des p’tits déjeuners élaborés et délicieux. Que dire de son emplacement qui nous permis en peu de temps de découvrir les beautés de Marrakech. Tout ce qu’on peut dire c’est que ce fut trop court, on y serait restés plus longtemps.

The 72 Riad was located a very short distance from the Bacha coffee which was pointless as we couldn’t get in 3 days in a row. The area was peaceful but we did have to walk a fair distance to nice restaurants and sigh seeing areas but we like walking so it was fine for us. The riad was beautiful and we used the spa which was also amazing. The staff was kind and attentive also . However our experience with the manager was not good and definitely not to the standard of the riad. We arranged transfer to and from the riad. The charge for this doubled at check from 250mad to 500mad baring in mind we were only 20 min away. I emailed the manager to ask whether fast track was necessary this time of the year ( Feb 11th) as there was a lot of scaremongering online. She advised that this was imperative. She quoted us 2200mad which I thought was very high. When I asked if this was both ways she said it was. Firstly the airport was empty and very quiet so we didn’t need it at all. When we arrived at the airport we had no fast track facility. We asked at the fast track desk and we was not on the list. The lady manning the desk told us this service would have cost us 660 mad each! The manager ripped us off and would have charged us 4400mad for fast track. She also tried to charge us £386 for the atlas mountain. We paid £59 for both of us for 2 more areas and lunch: she also quoted us double for the balloon ride and we declined. The locals were lovely be more wary of managers in riads.

Great 3 days in the old town using 72 as a base to explore, couldn’t have asked for a better Riad, it’s a beautiful place with 2 great restaurants of its own (Le Table which we tried was superb). you would be a little hard pressed to find it without first getting assistance as like most Riads they are situated behind fancy doors in narrow alleyways (old town), but once inside they are wonderful locations and this one was up there with the best, all the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was lovely, and served till 11:00!, the room was nice and we had our own outside terrace/sunbathing area, it’s the rooftops that make all the difference in Marrakech as that’s where a lot of the bars we frequented were situated!. You get a phone to assist you on your exploration and it was certainly needed on the first soirée into the maze of the many souks, I don’t believe there’s anything quite like this anywhere else, thank you to all the the staff for making this an unforgettable experience, for anyone who hasn’t been to Marrakech it’s a must visit and this Riad should be in your potential choice of locations.

Just back from a 2 night stay at Riad 72. Cannot say enough about Stephanie and the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. The riad itself is spectacular inside. I had the full body massage and it was amazing. They also provided us with phones that we could take with us when we left the riad to go exploring incase we needed anything.

Don’t usually leave reviews but was so impressed by our stay that I wanted to make this review. We stayed here for 3 nights in the Grand Suite, which was amazing. The riad is beautiful and I’d go as far as to say it might be the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Nice little touches such as the provision of a phone for you to take out with you and use for local calls, as well as the evening turn down service complete with white chocolate macarons! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were warm and welcoming. It was my birthday whilst we were there (which the staff must have picked up from my passport as my partner assures me he didn’t say anything!) and I was surprised with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was lovely. We had a hammam at the WA spa, which I would highly recommend. We also had dinner at La Table du Riad on our final evening. The food was exceptional - the Jagad (one of the desserts) was a particular highlight.
