During our stay at this hotel, we encountered an extremely disappointing service experience. In the evening, we discovered that the bathroom had no hot water, and the water quality was extremely dirty. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and they assured us it would be resolved within 30 minutes. However, two hours later, the problem remained unresolved.
The front desk then arranged for us to change rooms three times, but the same issues persisted in every room. What was particularly frustrating was that each time we were told it was the “last available room,” yet they continued to offer us more rooms. This repeated dishonesty and evasive behavior from the front desk were unacceptable.
Unable to tolerate the hotel’s poor service and facility issues, we decided to leave and switch to another hotel that very night. This experience left us deeply disappointed with the hotel’s service and integrity.
