該酒店位於老城中心位置。靠近一個500多年的古墓。每天都有很多人遊覽。這個酒店可以講叫做市內桃園，周邊的環境不太好。據服務員講，該酒店從2002開始新建先買了一棟房子，後來又買了八棟。業主~~法國人將九棟房子進行整體的進行裝修，連在一起。設計非常的考究，體現了摩洛哥的民族風格，每一個細節都非常的細膩，堪稱藝術品。三層的屋頂佈滿了鮮花，各種佈局。非常的新穎。感覺極其温馨。 酒店的餐飲品種比較少，味道也一般，比不上其他的九點。價格也不便宜。 總體來説這個酒店還是很有特色的。住上一兩天沒有問題。

酒店很小眾在老城區，可以感受到當地風土人情. 拍照很上相，很有特色，可以定一晚體驗一下. 設施就不要對標五星酒店進行，服務人員也盡力服務了

The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

What a fabulous hidden gem! The location, the entire establishement, and the friendly, helpful professional staff made this an unforgettable positive experience. La Sultana is hidden in the old walls of the city. Leaving the bustling busy streets of the Kasba district, we entered a serene historic inner sanctum where the comfortable furnishings, and historic Morrocan artefacts lavishly decorate the interior. We enjoyed fabulous evening meals in the restaurant by the pool, with subdued lighting and a local musician, which created an intimate, special environment. The rooftop bar served wonderful lighter tapas at lunch and evenings where the flora and forna create secluded areas contrasted by a blue sky. My wife enjoyed the spa, and I learned to cook a tagine! The only trouble is that the hotel was so good, we were reluctant to leave to explore the city! At the risk of repeating myself, the polite, professional staff throughout the entire establishment made this experience probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in!

La Sultana es la ubicacion perfecta en Marrakech Desde que llegas a las inmediaciones del hotel se siente mágico. El amanecer y atardecer desde la terraza con la vista en los tejados de la Kasbah son sensaciones inolvidables. 3 dias no han sidonsuficientes para conocer todos los encantos de las instalaciones pero destaco los desayunos en el jardin y el tratamiento real del spa. La habitacion es perfecta y una decoracion tambien real como el trato de todo su personal. No hay otra ubicacion mejor para conocer esta maravillosa ciudad. Deseando volver.

The most wonderful hotel ever. Without a doubt the best, most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Absolutely gorgeous in every way, incredible attention to detail in both decor and service. The food is incredible as is the spa and we became friends with all of the staff. We felt like royalty as our every wish was granted during this magical stay.

Beautiful!! I visited the Royal Mansour and the Mamounia for dinner just to compare but found this riad so much more beautiful and charming for a fraction of the price. Not to imply, however, that this gem is inexpensive!

A perfect hotel La Sultana was everything it advertised- a luxurious hide-away in the heart of Marrakech. The hotel twists and turns, through elegant salons and courtyards, by hidden reading nooks and arrangements of fresh flowers, up curving stairwells to a lovely rooftop garden. The staff was graciously accommodating to our every request. It really is like staying in a fine old Moroccan mansion. We loved it.

Impeccable All staff were impeccable. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. We left the hotel just 12 hours before the earthquake disaster occurred on 8th September. When hearing the sad news we immediately called the hotel to check all hotel staff and their families were safe and we were reassured all were. The hotel fortunately had not been adversely effected.

Magic gem Three nights celebrating our parents turning 80. Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff, location, food, roms - it is a magical place. We took the coocking class and it is highly recommended. The Sultana is a magical place. We loved it.

La Sultana is a gorgeous, luxurious, and peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling Marrakech center. You wouldn't know it, as it very quiet. The property is absolutely stunning. You can spend the entire day walking around the hotel and its charming and romantic coves admiring the design and artwork. The rooms are stunningly beautiful (albeit it a bit on the smaller side) and include every luxurious amenity you would expect, like delicious toiletries and Dyson hair dryers. The beds are sumptuous with beautiful linens. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous. The service is very personalized and intimate. Since it is a smaller boutique hotel, you are treated with extra care and attention. The staff is very warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel can also assist expedite your check-in at the airport. Upon checkout, we were given delicious Madeline cookies to enjoy on the road and beautiful leather tags with the hotel's branding. Special thanks to the amazing Saida, who warmly welcomed us, made our stay absolutely pleasurable, and ensured we got to the airport gate without issue!
