Riad Catalina

De Lokatie is dichtbij Djarmee El Fna en dus een prima uitvalsbasis voor jouw steden trip. Het Riad is prachtig en mooi vormgegeven met een mooie binnentuin. Goed ontbijt en personeel is behulpzaam om jouw vakantie goed te laten verlopen. Diner goed verzorgd en smaakvol. Goede Lokatie om Marrakech bij je binnen te laten komen om er een onvergetelijke tijd te hebben.

This is a nice riad with a beautiful courtyard, nice roof top and friendly staff. The bedroom was a little small and shower area needed to be painted. The location is good with less than a 10 min walk to the koutobia and Jemma el fena square. Overall this is good value

This is the most charming place in the best location. It is within walking distance of the old town yet hidden away down narrow lanes so there is no traffic noise or fumes. It is very comfortable and the people are so lovely. Very helpful and good humoured. The breakfast is just perfect - very light with fresh bread delivered by a local bakery each day - if you're up early you'll see him arrive with it. We didn't try the evening dinner but definitely will next time. We were there in the colder weather but I am sure that in the summer the central courtyard will be perfect on a hot day with the mature trees and water features. My room was very comfortable and I slept really well. It was kept spotlessly clean. However it was up 30 steep stairs and I wasn't even on the top floor - there is no lift as it is a very old building. Consequently if you are looking for very modern facilities with super deluxe showers etc this is not the place for you. Also there are three gorgeous cats - if you are the type of person would squeal and shoo them off this is also not the place for you. They are well fed and very clean - one was heavily pregnant and she was trying to get in my room each night. I didn't mind at all but do hope that they will have her spayed after the kittens are born. Because vehicles cannot reach the riad you have to walk a short way to the main road to get your taxi back to the airport - however a member of staff helped and made sure we were in the correct vehicle. Riad Catalina gave me not just a room to stay but a HOME! The moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by the smiles of the staff who are so welcoming and accommodating. I was really captivated by the beauty of the interior. With all the colors, designs, the ambiance, plus the scent of the oranges and lemons, these reminds me that I am really in marrakech. The rooms are really cozy and comfy and it has a great view of the outside. The terraces and pools also give beauty together with the trees that serves as shade while sitting on chair outside. It was really a pristine experience! Worth recommending. Last words! I WILL COMEBACK TO RIAD CATALINA.

Si je peux recommander un Riad pour toutes personnes recherchant de l 'authenticité c'est bien le Riad Catalina. Bien situé tout peu se faire à pied. Le cadre est tranquille et merveilleux ne nous donne pas l'impression d'être au coeur de Marrakech. Le personnel très accueillant et professionnel sont très disponibles.Un grand merci à Nadia et Ateef pour leur service et leurs efficacité. Pour l'excellente cuisine de Hanan et son équipe. Pour le professionnalisme et la sympathie d'Abdou. La gentillesse de Mustafa. Sans oublier tous le reste de l'équipe, veilleur de nuit, équipe d'étage , restaurant. Une évasion vers un autre monde , dès que tu rentre tu es transporté vers un havre de paix, avec le patio ses arbres et le chant des oiseaux, la gérante nadia est au petits soins , j adore cet endroit , ce n est pas ma première visite , c’est ma 4eme visite et surtout pas la dernière,
