在摩洛哥住過好多家裡亞得，這是入住的第一家，庭院是最漂亮的，房間是最小的，入住當晚我們房間開不出熱水，老闆娘來房間看了以後啥也沒説就走了，後來半天不見人來處理，就再去問她，她説壞了，不知道什麼時候能修好，讓我們去其他房間洗澡，一點歉意都沒有，由於語言關係，我們忍了，第二天酒店幫我們把行李推到巷子口收了50迪拉姆，兩間房四個人收了200多迪拉姆的税，我不知道為啥和網上告知的不一樣

Easy access by walking to sightseeing places nearby despite the hustling front market is a bit messy. Our room is spacious with comfy bed and warm quality beddings. The cleaning is superb and the service is personal, yet bath towels are admittedly pretty worn out. However we admire the splendid traditional decor in the house with beautiful antique wooden doors! We enjoyed breakfast by the fireside at the courtyard and amazed by the spectacular view at the roof terrace. Special thanks to manager Cissy for her hospitality and heartfelt sharing about the King’s touching stories. Lovely stay at Armelle and we feel home there!

The location was just right we had access to everything we wanted to see and the trips pick up point was just steps away. The Riad was very clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was a great location to escape from the hustle and bustle of medina life.

Wunderschönes Riad! Mit viel Liebe fürs Detail restauriert und eingerichtet worden! Wie 1001 Nacht! Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit muss man erwähnen! Abendgäste und Frühstücksgeste sind im Zimmer zu hören. Abgesehen davon dass das Essen perfekt und der Service 1A höflich und humorvoll sowie sehr hilfsbereit, ist die Hellörigkeit das einzige Manko. Aber man ist ja in Marrakesh und nicht in der Einsamkeit😃

Really impressive Riad, with very nice interior design, each room differrent, friendly staff always helpful. Good breakfast choices in the patio, creating however morning disturbances in some rooms with direct Patio access. Easy to find location with good access to and from the main tourist sites (all in reach 15-25 Min by foot).

Possibly one of the best experiences I’ve had from Morocco! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, clean and cosy.

El riad estaba a 15 minutos del centro callejeando un poco. La familia que lo lleva la verdad que nos trataron genial desde el primer momento siendo muy fácil todo. El desayuno no estaba mal, suficiente para empezar el día. La terraza de arriba impresionante, y muy a gusto para cenar.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful. Both of our rooms were very tastefully decorated and had everything you need. Everywhere you looked there was something special to see. The service was impeccable and all the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad Armelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec goût dans un style traditionnel marocain raffiné. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et pleines de charme. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

El riad por dentro es muy lindo y bien decorado, pero tiene dos problemas enormes: La atención: en recepción no había nadie para ayudarte con nada, ni con las maletas ( qué por cierto había que subir varias escaleras en forma de caracol), ni con un consejo para ir a comer, ni al menos para saludarte cuando te ibas del hotel. La recepcionista que nos recibió el primer día hizo comentarios inapropiados acerca de que le parecía mal que solo nos hospedemos una noche. Ubicación ( el peor de todos): está recontra mal ubicado en una zona con una especie de callejón con las calles todas rotas, no pueden ingresar los autos y Tenes que caminar con las maletas como dos cuadras sin poder contar con la asistencia del hotel. Por la mañana hay un Mercado mal oliente y por la noche es un callejón oscuro e inseguro, realmente nos asustamos cuando quisimos ir a cenar. Por suerte nos quedamos solo una noche en este hotel para el olvido.

Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, une chambre et un Riad magnifique, décoré avec goût, bien situé. Les repas étaient délicieux et très originaux. Je recommande vivement ce lieu magique. Marie-Christine

A really lovely place to stay just within the walls of the Medina. An oasis of calm that’s a hop away from the main hustle and bustle of the thoroughfares. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and in particular the manager, who sorted out a number of difficulties we had with transport, language and a few other things external to our stay in the Riad. Simply, a great experience.

Beautiful Riad. The decor inside is just beautiful. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a gorgeous courtyard. You could have a drink in the Riad after a day out. It is approx 25 mins to the main square. Highly recommend for future travellers.
