整體非常滿意，唯一美中不足的是酒店在一個小衚衕中，比較難找，前台接待很熱情，並且會主動詢問第二天行程安排並在早上提前準備好早飯並前往房間叫醒

Beautiful riad , rooms lovely and clean and was a new experience for to us to stay in this type of hotel. Breakfast lovely , very relaxed and a good way to start the day. We opted to take trips with them instead of booking elsewhere. Would highly recommend this as you get so much more out of it. A more personal way of taking a tour. In fact we booked 3 trips as we were so pleased with the excellent service. We also had an evening meal in and that was amazing. We are quite fussy eaters , we could not believe the high standard and quality of the food. Excellent sized portions. All staff helpful and gave us useful tips. Iman , Mohammed and Sayeed are lovely people. Sayeed took us on all of the trips , he really made us feel special. Would definitely stay here again.

After super busy days, Riad Shaden was a wonderfully quiet haven to return to. We had 5 nights of quiet, comftable sleep. The riad is clean, welcoming, and traditional. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast of yoghurt, fruit, pancakes, fresh juice, tea, or coffee set us up for the day. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning good and shower warm. The walk into the main square takes around 25 minutes (less in the very early morning!), with so many different sights and sounds to take in it becomes part of the trip out. The riad is very close to one of the gates to the medina, which is very handy for pick-ups for trips out/taxis. Marrakech is an amazing place, and Riad Shaden made our stay extra special, we would highly recommend.

What a fabulous place! I can’t speak highly enough of the comfort, cleanliness and friendliness of this riad. My daughter and I had a 4 day break here and loved every minute! We explored the city, enjoyed the foods and immersed ourselves in the trips . We booked our transfers to/from the airport directly with the riad, as we did with trips to the Atlas Mountains and the Agafay desert - Said is a wonderful driver and guide. The trip to the desert was in particular amazing - the view, the sunset and the food (such vast quantities!) was an absolute highlight. Everyone at the riad made us feel so welcome - from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. The beds were particularly comfortable, the rooms were cool and the shower hot. Breakfast was delicious- pancakes, breads, fruit, honey and jams, washed down with fresh orange juice , tea and coffee. I really can’t recommend this place enough and thank everyone there for helping to make our holiday so memorable.

Riad Shaden was very clean and beautifully presented. The staff provided an excellent level of service. During our stay, we mainly dealt with Mohammad, who was on the evening shift. He ensured that we were made welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We stayed half board and the food and drink were very good. Breakfast consisted mainly of a variety of breads served with a choice of honey, jam and cheese spread. There was also fruit or yoghurt and fresh orange juice plus tea and coffee. I contacted the riad in advance to ask if they could provide anything gluten free. They prepared an omelette for me instead of bread. Each evening, they also took orders for dinner the following evening, as the ingredients were brought fresh in the morning. The meals were traditional and very generous portions. For anyone who hasn't stayed in a riad or visited the outskirts of the medina before, there may be a few expectations to set. The rooms face inwards to the courtyard so don't expect direct daylight. The bathrooms provide all required functions but they are compact. The riad is set in an alleyway so on arrival you may be a bit bewildered. There will probably be someone keen to help you find it...we just gave him a little tip. If using a taxi from the airport, ask to be dropped off at the Bab Aylen gate. From here you should only need a few minutes. There is a call to prayer at 5am, but it didn't bother us too much as it seemed part of the genuine experience! Your walk to the lively and busy souks and centre will take you through an area very much inhabited by locals. In the evenings, some would often be sitting in prayer outside the mosque. In these areas, I felt most comfortable and respectful when wearing my loose linen trousers and ankle length skirt along long sleeve cotton and linen tops....or a scarf to throw over short sleeves.
