It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Great location, easily accessible by local buses and airport coach transfer, or a 1.5hr walk which in the warm weather isn’t too bad. Hotel is near shops, coffee houses and restaurants, with a large supermarket and shopping mall within 5-10mins walking distance. My room and shower room were both clean, ample in size and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and filling, they give a range of pastries, a slice of cake, chopped fruit, hot drinks, juices, and an omelette of your choice, which I didn’t realise til the final day :/ staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again :-)

The hotel was good and the staff was great just on last day of my stay they didn't gave me breakfast which was included in my room for last day the recption lady was very kind and respected girl her name was omaima the restaurant waiters was nice who use com3 and give me breakfast I would recommend this hotel am also hafedh of quran allhamdulilah my name ahmed

A bit far from railway station and medina. But the surrounding area is pretty safe and clean. There is a restaurant inside the hotel.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable bed with balcony. Enjoyed the stay.

Impeccable

The staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.

Vender gerne tilbage til dette hotel Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Hotellet ligger centralt men alligevel fredeligt i Guéliz-bydelen med mange restauranter og cafeer i nærheden. Togstationen og busstationerne for Supratours- og CTM-busserne ligger også i gåafstand fra hotellet. Personalet på hotellet er meget imødekommende og venlige - specielt i morgenmadsrestauranter, hvor vi altid blev mødt med smil og godt humør. Værelserne på bagsiden af hotellet har meget små altaner og en ret kedelig udsigt, men til gengæld ingen gadestøj. Hotellet har også en lille pool med et meget beskedent poolområde. Vi anvendte det ikke, men på en varm sommerdag kunne det nok friste. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage til dette hotel.

Very well appointed clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and we even got upgraded. Breakfast is full with eggs and was freshly prepared. Staff helpful at checkin and also got us a taxi to get to the airport. Location is handy to the train bus and airport.

Great staff especially Marwa and the lads in the Taverna restaurant. Good location as walking distance to the Medina and near small shopping mall with supermarket.Room is clean but bathroom needs refurbishing and pillows are horrible. We had the room with little balcony and it was lovely to sit there. I read from other reviews that it could be noisy at night and I think that could be an issue especially if the hotel is busier. We were at the room facing the pool and I could hear the people talking and the music because the pool has the outside restaurant. It wasn’t bad when we were there. Breakfast is the same everyday but we don’t mind that. Hot drinks, selection of bread and pastries, Oj, choice of eggs - that’s all we need.

L'hôtel est super bien situé, très classe les chambres sont grandes spacieuse et propre belle salle d'eau et chauffage efficace, un grand merci a Marwan pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, et ces bons conseils. A validé aucune surprise.

Great locatio! Helpful and accommodating staff! Restaurants inside and very safe and posh location next to shopping center. Definitely recommend

The service is exceptional, the owner was very helpful & recommended places for us to visit. Rooms clean, breakfast was excellent. The hotel is central to the new city and everything is within walking distance. Will definitely return for another visit.
